入り口高級感がある町の大衆食堂です。定番メニューの中華そばを注文、背脂がたっぷりと浮いたスープにチャーシュー二枚のトッピングでした。

新幹線の燕三条駅から2ｋｍ位です。ここに来ると『もやしラーメン』です。もやしをラード？で炒め、煮干しの風味の効いた正油ラーメンはとぉっても、美味しいです。地元の方がメインの客層ですので、この味が『燕三条系』と言われるラーメンなんですね。 美味しいですよ！！

Had a dinner while staying at Route Inn nearby.Mixed grill set featured Hamburg steak, "regular" steak, and chicken steak, with grilled vegetable, bowl of steamed rice with salmon flake topping, miso soup, soup bar, pickles, and hijiki seaweed/bean mix.Food was fine. The service is half abbreviated as many parts came in a buffet to cover shorthanded staffs. Restaurant décor is as expected for family style dining with casual themes.Restaurant location is conveniently located near Hokuriku Tollway Sanjo-Tsubame interchange, Tsubame-Sanjo train station, and clusters of chain hotels in a commercialized area.

燕の中心街、井土巻からすぐの場所にあります。お店自体は見た目古いですが、しっかりしたお食事を提供してくれます。ラーメンから定食までメニューも豊富。以前鍋焼きうどんを頂きましたが、なかなかのお味。大衆受けの定食屋と言った感じです。
