This restaurant was recommended to us and we werenât disappointed; weâre only sorry that we didnât know about it until the last night of our stay. The place itself is quirky and situated in an area with a nice feel to it. The staff were warm and welcoming and the canapé given before ordering was a nice touch. My husband had the tagliata which is one of our favourite dishes: the steak was cooked perfectly and he said it was the best tagliata heâs ever had and heâs had a few!I had the salmon which was beautiful. I didnât have a dessert but my husband had the tiramisu and I thought he was going to lick the dish. In summary, the restaurant is beautiful, the service is excellent, the food is amazing and the prices are reasonable. We canât wait to return next year.

This was by far the best restaurant we had visited on our holiday to Los Cristianos. The food was exceptional, the staff were extremely kind and explained how the menu worked. Will definitely be coming back! Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

At first glance at the location of this restaurant, we werenât too sure. Situated in a lowered complex next to an abandoned building, it didnât look like it would be the place the reviews said. We were very mistaken. This restaurant stands out from all of the others in the complex, looking modern, classy and inviting. Itâs the busiest place down there despite its size. The food was nothing short of incredible. It was well priced, fresh and cooked to perfection. My husband had the special: a fillet steak on his first visit and the seared tuna on the second. I went for the smaller plates which can be made into a large by adding two sides: falafel, coleslaw and Canarian potatoes serves with olive oil. All were beautiful. Thank you El Corazon for a wonderful meal on both occasions and superb customer service. Thank you so much for the incredibly kind words! We're sorry we didn't have any more of the fillet steak for your last meal, but we're so happy that you took a chance on venturing down to find us and that it was worth it! Itâs Tapas Jim, but not as we know it!Donât come with preconceived views on Tapas, itâs definition is most definitely sharing with dishes selected from around the world. The atmosphere is extremely relaxed, the service very attentive and friendly, the food is excellent, but donât expect the usual small plates menu.Give it a try, you wonât be sorry.

We visited here after seeing the reviews on trip advisor.The restraunt is tucked away of the main path and you could easily walk past it. Could do with a sign post or board up to direct you.It blends in with foody type businesses and if out for a stroll you may not think it stands put from the rest by looks but where it does stand out is taste wise.We had a shared mixed platter for the starter, only comment here was it would have been more thoughtful if the portions were in even numbers, saves halving an onion bhaji.For the mains there was a good selection and it was really nice to be asked how we wanted our choice flavoured/cooked, ie mild, medium, hot etc. Pleasant as well getting the odd whiff of spices from the kitchen as meals were being cooked.The owners and staff were very polite and chatty.We are regulars to tenerife and will be making sure this little gem is visited again.Thank you for giving us a great review, kitchen staff will be very happy to see their hard work is being appreciated!We hope you continue to enjoy your time in Tenerife - And thank you for recommending x

Been here s few times now, the burgers and chips with skins are amazing the staff are very friendly and nothing is to much for them,they also lend children children colouring books to keep them occupied until their meal comes the whole place is immaculate and I would highly recommend it.

We had a nice reserved table under a gazebo. Service was excellent. The owner explained each dish to us and we chose the 5 starters, all of which were delicious and nicely presented. Then we had various tapas, all of which was delicious too. For desserts we had 2 each and they too were lovely. From the outside, it looks quite dull, but when you come inside, you will expire the warmest atmosphere and an exceptional waiter who very gently and qualified guided us through our selection of food and wine. We followed his suggestions and had some really very good food, excellent prepared and seasoned.Whole wine bottles came on the table and we freely could take what we want - and when we paid, the waiter just looked at the bottles and estimated how much we have taken - and we paid just that.So we can fully recommend this restaurant - mainly for the food, but absolutely also for the atmosphere and the waiter!
