Bali’s first sensory deprivation tank center A tranquil peaceful place to find a sense of calm. Nestled in the rice fields just 7 mins from ubud center
I picked this place because of its surroundings, while going down the road between green rice fields there was a restaurant. Why not make a stop there. To my unpleasant surprise this vas a vegan place. Well, why not give it a try. In the end I ended up eating a lot more than I needed. The food was so good, that despite being full I ordered more just to try what else they have to offer. It was amasing. For a meat lover like myself these are strong words. The girl that was tending to us was amaizingly cheerful and friendly. Great service. This place definitely deserves a visit. The food is great even for meat lovers, the green sorroundings bring a relaxing atmosphere and friendly stuff make it want to return again.

This place looks magnificent and if we had more time, it would have been great to hang out by the pool for the arvo but we just had lunch at Jungle Fish. We ordered a few things to share and drinks. Food arrived first and we had to ask where the drinks where. Food was great except for the Thai green papaya salad. It was inedible! It was so covered in shrimp paste, it was like someone had totally got the proportions wrong and it was awful. When the waiter asked if it was ok, I told him no but we were still charged for it. Not great customer service Good afternoon, We would like to thank you for your review! We would like to present you with our appologies if your culinary experience didnt meet your expectations. Given that delivering excellent service to all of our beloved guests is our utmost goal; I have personally addressed your concern with the Food & Beverage team. I would like to outline that once the staff came to your table to check your satisfaction regarding the Thai Papaya Salad and you mentioned your dissatisfaction, you were, on the spot, offered for it to be replaced but you insisted to eat it and didn't wish for it to be changed. We do hope nonetheless to have the pleasure to welcome you once again at Jungle Fish. Kind regards, Theo

Before my „Ancient Sound Healing“ today I was having my welcome drink there and informed myself about the location. It is really comfortable there, they offer delicious chocolate and cake which you really need to ground yourself after those wonderful sessions. The staff is really helpful and just sweet. The Cafe is surrounded by a huge garden with the 2 pyramids in it. Just loved to sit there, especially after the healing session.Yes! You just understand our concept perfectly. It was always our intention to create a peaceful place to ground oneself pre or post Ancient Sound Healing session. And if you can have a cheeky slice of chocolate cake, why not?! Good for the soul we say! We look forward to having you back soon and you must try our carrot cake!- Good vibration from the Pyramids of Chi crew

Located nearby the majestic bridge of Desa Visesa Ubud's entrance, where we bring fine dining to a menu emphasizing vegetarian, pesco-vegetarian and carnivorian palate. Overlooking tropical jungle and natural river, dining at Padi is both fine and exclusi
We visited this restaurant and we enjoyed it so much, that we reserved another night as well. This is the standard of a Michelin restaurant, and in such a convincing manner that we have not experienced a quality and standard as this, in the two times we have visited Bali. This is of European standard (very proud of our cuisine) and with the great sparkle of asian and indonesian taste and flavour. Absolutely perfect coocking and hosting - an impecable experience in any way. The surroundings were astonishing as well.If you have any interest in exellent food and wine, you have to visit this place. It is absolutely worth every rupiah and is an enjoyment of a lifetime! Kindest and most skilled staff you could wish for. Go and enjoy :-) You won’t regret.Dear Ditte,It is truly heartwarming to hear such positive feedback and thank you very much for visiting our Padi Fine Dinning and spend your valuable time with us. We do appreciate you enjoyed our standard as we have always been committed to continuously providing our guests with a memorable experience with genuinely warm hospitality and exceptional service. We hope your experience won't be the last and we will welcome you back again on your next visitBest Regards,Rai Arsana

CasCades is a sensational restaurant located 5 minutes drive from the centre of Ubud, perfectly placed atop the luscious Valley of the Kings. It provides an Indonesia or Western dining experience with striking tropical valley views alongside meticulously
My boyfriend and I read about this restaurant online and decided to go here for dinner one of our evenings in Ubud. The view is pretty amazing, looking over the jungle. The service was great, they were very polite and professional. I think the cost was a little on the expensive side for what we got but that's the only thing. Food was pretty great, it gets chilly at night. We went at sunset.I definitely recommend dining here one evening if you get the chance!

What come into view is a large growth rice field before entering the hidden behind restaurant. Surprisingly beautiful.... The seating of the restaurant is stepped down arrangement. We chose a button layer of bungalow seating where has the amazing valley view, very relaxing and tranquil. Enjoying and appreciated a lot of their dishes either Balinese or western style are all tasty. The dishes are delicate oriented in wooden plates which add more touch and flavor to it. The balinese flavor of cocktail may also a good try. Lovely staffs, master chef and welcoming friendly owner Mr. Wayan who is also a tour guide with well knowledge of tour information and gave lots of great commands for our later trip. We went everyday for lunch when staying nearby Hotel Tejaprana Resort & Spa. Wonderful good restaurant truly recommended.

Set overlooking a jungle valley setting, Apéritif is Bali’s newest fine dining restaurant and bar. The eight-course degustation menu presents an unrivalled culinary journey that brings together global flavours of modern gastronomy, lesser-known Indonesian
We have eaten in many restaurants around the world with Michelin stars including 6 which have/had at the time 3 stars and Aperitif was definitely up there as a dining experience. The degustation menu offers diners the chance to enjoy several flavours from the kitchen and each course is presented brilliantly. The ambience and decor of the restaurant and the wonderful bar add to the appeal.

Conveniently located across the road from Puri Sunia Resort, this delightful little (tourist) warung has a beautiful outlook over the rice paddy, with equally delightful staff to boot! Food was cheap and cheerful and the best budget meal I had in Ubud! Highly recommend the lumpia (spring rolls) - very yummy :)
I am someone who loves food. I go out of my way to eat at new restaurants, try new things, and literally plan vacations with places to eat in mind. I’m sure I’m not alone, but I take it very very seriously. That being said, I hope it’s not too dramatic to say that this is my favorite restaurant that I have ever eaten at. Hands down. The atmosphere, the staff, the food. All perfect! It was actually all chance that we ended up here and I’m glad we did. We tried the Mie Goreng Tofu and the Nasi Campur Vegetarian. They were amazing. If you’re in the area then give it a try. You won’t be disappointed!

The views, as many others have noted, are excellent here. Looking out past your table at the gardens and jungle don't get old. Our food arrived quickly, which was a plus as we were tight on time, and it was all quite good. The juices were delicious and worth their own mention. I'd definitely recommend it for a memorable experience.
