The first impression wasn't great the building isn't much to look at and we had to go through a maze of corridors to find the restaurant, but then we found the beer garden with its nicely decorated tables and chairs with cushions and as it was to become very practical, covered tables for when it rains. One of us tried the all you can eat smoked beef barbecue -lovely, The other went for the surprise meal- you tell them what you're allergic to or can't eat and then choose meat or fish and let yourself be surprised. My tastebuds were pleasantly surprised , Plus the food looked appeasingly prepared and the service was attentive. Liked the beer too!

La Trattoria is a fantastic Italian restaurant with classic "Italian" decor and menu full of wonderful and varied dishes. The ambiance is warm and welcoming. A well thought out wine list provides the perfect accompaniment to any meal. If you visit with children there is a small play area. Fresh bread, black olives and taramasalata is brought to the table and is a mouthwatering start to any meal.The meals are perfectly portioned and are seasoned to perfection. The Carbonara is a particular favourite.The spinach and ricotta cannelloni is packed with flavour and the steak I ordered was perfectly cooked and the Gorgonzola sauce was a pleasure.I cannot recommend the restaurant highly enough.The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. All in all an wonderful evening was had by all and I will definitely come back.

Die "SCHLEMMERWERKSTATT" liegt leider etwas versteckt in einem Industriegebiet; trotzdem/deshalb verkehrsgünstig gelegen und mit reichlich Parkplätzen versehen. Dadurch, dass sich das Restaurant in einer ehemaligen Firmenkantine befindet, bietet es sowohl genügend Sitzplätze, als auch die Kapazitäten, die für die tägliche Herstellung zweier sehr abwechslungsreicher und ausgewogener Mahlzeiten nötig sind.Alle bereits von mir gewählten Gerichte waren köstlich, reichhaltig und unerwartet preisgünstig. Bisher war keines der Gerichte - auf der täglich wechselnden und online abrufbaren Karte - teurer als 6,50â¬.Selbst ein "Schnitzel mit Spargel und Käse überbacken" kostete nicht mehr.Ein gut belegtes, halbes Brötchen für 1,50⬠mit einem Becher Kaffee für -,80â¬...Weiter so !
