Excellent Restaurant
When in Amersfoort and when the opportunity arises: go here! Enjoy wonderful food. Prepared by passionate cooks and presented by passionate people. Everything is the way it is supposed to be. Definitely worth the trip and your trouble to go there and enjoy a wonderful meal. The staff is very friendly and helpful and polite. You will enjoy a great evening out. Enjoy the wine and the chef specials. Do make a reservation. Also for that special moment appropriate.

Ribs piri-piri not really hot, but seemed to be covered by of the shelf hot sauce. Greek salad with low quality ingredients and mayonnaise instead of olive oil. Service forgetting about customer serving half of the dish etc.Very little improvement would make a big difference.

This restaurant is in the top 3 in Soest. We have been here quite some times before, but now finally time for a review. Food is consistently good here. I like the fact they follow the seasons. Preparation is pure and tasteful. Service is really good. They pay attention. A really nice family owned place. Visit if you can!

The atmosphere in this cosy place is nice. Combine this with good service and good honest cooking and you will have a pleasant supper. The three course menu with three choices each costs 36 euros; a good price for the offered quality.

The restaurant is ideally situated on the bank of the river and presents, right from the entrance of the premises, a warm and cosy atmosphere. The personnel is very qualified and service absolutely classy, with the right balance of discretion, care and personal attention to customer. The employees are elegant and well trained, and visibly like their job, and we could feel it.The 4 or 3 course menu options were presented perfectly and were immediately giving the envy to try all. Which we did, choosing the 4 course meal.Portions are completely adequate, rich, but not overfilling. No pretention and focus on excellent products.Totally meeting expectation. The fish was cooked to perfection and the meat was savoury. Side dishes are really worked on and there is nothing to say about breads and dessert, which are of equal quality. The wines are in line with the rest. The dining experience in this place meets the criteria "this is worth what it cost". Final note is that the bill is reasonable with regards to the category of the restaurant.Really nice dinner.Special mention for the attention of the staff for a new born baby and its mother, and the delicate way they accomodated the serving schedule of the dishes in conjunction with the mother and child needs with a nice caring attitude.

This restaurant is close to where we are staying. We stopped by, the kids had the burgers with fries, my wife had the fish, and I had the steak. Fries were good, and burgers were good. The steak was properly seasoned and cooked, and tender. Worth visiting if you are in Soest.

My in laws live in Baarn and I have visited them many times for over 30 years. Baarn is a great small village close to some fabulous restaurants, but it had not a good restaurant itself. That is until now. The new restaurant opened a few months ago and I was pleasantly surprised by the 3 course menu offered. At a reasonable price, I had a superb meal, delicate, well balanced, and truly delicious. For those visiting Baarn, certainly a place to consider for dinner. Great service.

This is one of the few places in Soest with a nice terrace.Went here on a sunny Sunday end of the afternoon for a late lunch and we found a table outside.Unfortunately the waitres that attended us was not into the mood of providing any service. Not a smile, not a bit of attention, just not good.We ordered some small dishes and some beers. The food arrived without any cutlery and we had to go inside to fetch it ourselves. The food itself was OKish, but not nice.Maybe we were just unlucky for this visit, but I ws not impressed.

The Eetvilla in Soest-south is a restaurant with a warm homely atmosphere, contemporary interior, modern kitchen where classic dishes with a contemporary twist are served. It is located on the main road from Soest to Soesterberg, only 15 minutes from Amer
We arrived on a Saturdaynight without reservation but were welcomed and seated kindly. The weather was fine on the outside terrace. The staff is friendly, the ambiance green and garden-like and the food is fine, but rather small portions. You need french fries and a bowl of salad to feel you stomach filled. Rather pricely food.

The restaurant is adjacent to the castle and the glorious landscaped gardens. The menu is simple but well selected with mainly Dutch dishes. Food is good and hot when served. The service staff are friendly and charming. After your visit you can either visit the gardens or get a tour in the castle (both subject to extra charge) Make sure you check on the opening days and times which may vary. Thank you for the positive review. Nice to read that you enjoyed the food, the service and the beautiful place.
