O'Gradys 12 Bar is situated in the mountains, between Silves and Alcantarilha Gare, a hidden place were you are very welcome. The Tasmanan Seafood Chowder is a fantastic experience, the quality of the food is good and the prices are very reasonable. On Sunday's there is live-music and often also bbq. In wintertime, it is cozy inside at the open fire.

We always have a fantastic meal at Haweli! The staff are friendly, efficient and attentive. The food is delicious and well priced and the restaurant itself is really nice, with seating inside and outside. Definitely the best Indian in Carvoeiro, I strongly recommend it. âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸Thank you so much

I visited this lovely little place on a few occasions. Twice we had English breakfasts and once for frango piri piri. Always we were greeted with smiles and wonderful service, including rewards for my son's emerging Portuguese language skills! The food is fresh and fab, we will return.

Eat dinner here tonight after speaking to the Belgian owner /chef .Extravagant drinks menu and exciting menu .Food is crossover Belgian/ portugese and delicately enticing. Restaurant is urban ambience yet maintains its portugese air .Attentive staff with good service . We eat tasty mussels and also duck in a fabulous garnish of vegetables unheard of in the Algarve .Would recommend this to all that enjoy good food at a reasonable price.

There is the potential here to provide visitors with a nice place to rest the legs during a visit to the Castle, but sadly this is a big let down.Expensive snacks, sloppy service by seemingly disinterested staff - these are not the ingredients to merit a recommendation. Must do better!

After climbing the road leading to the cathedral and the castle, a small break at the café da Sé will be more than welcome: warm and cold beverages, fresh orange juice, toasts, sandwiches.Very peaceful place where you could spend hours without seeing the time goes by
