Our restaurante has international- gourmet food, and in the afternoon is a cafeteria with different kinds , cakes. All this sorrounded of mountains and pure air. We are only to 30 minutes of Santiago.

I came with my parents on a weekend getaway from Santiago during my semester abroad. Best restaurant I have been to with them, perhaps the best restaurant I have been to in Chile altogether! The food was absolutely delicious (we got lomo con salsa de champiñones, pollo tierra y mar, and salmón), the atmosphere was great, and our server was especially wonderful - very warm and welcoming. I will definitely come back as soon as possible and recommend Sibaritas to all of my friends living in Chile!Andrew eres un joven encantador...me alegra profundamente que consideres que pertenecemos a los mejores...tus palabras fortalezen mis debilidades...Cuando converzo con jovenes como tu, comprendo que el mundo si puede ser un lugar mejor, que la posibilidad de entregar cariño y educar esta en cada actor cotidiano...Espero que tus padres tengan una vuelta perfecta...y espero verte nuevamente antes de tu partida...Blessings and many thanks...

Having driven up and down the Camino Volcan, looking for various recommended places we were getting desperate for lunch on Sunday, and were attracted by the indication that there was something other than meat on the menu. (We had already left one restaurant for this reason). We were enchanted by the quirky decor, the outside walls being made up of a collection of windows.The waitress arrived promptly and welcomed us taking our order for drinks. By the time we had washed our hands the drinks, hot bread and pebre had arrived. By the time we had looked around at the various object d'art our order was ready. We were both happy with our cheese and either prawn or scallop empanadas, mine with a prawn salad and my husband's with breaded squid and scallops. I had a caiparinia and he a 500ml hop beer. Other platters being served looked huge, and whilst i was tempted with the ice cream and pancakes delivered to another table, having not had our walk it was not deserved.Our bill was just over 26000clpOn the way out I noticed that it was open until 1am on Fridays and Saturdays!

The restaurant was extremely clean well and maintained. The menu was in Spanish but the staff was very helpful in describing the dishes as my Spanish is very limited. The location of the restaurant is in a very picturesque area. The food was fresh and serve was quick. The had a Chilean Salad (Tomatoes and Onions) and beef filets. The salad was amazing, very fresh. The beef was tasty but the chef seems to cook beef to the well done side.

The exterior of this restaurant is not very impressive, but the interior is unique with its wooden carving wall. We were here early, so it wasn't busy. Takes a while before someone entertained us. While waited I'm amazed the interior and checked around they have outdoor sitting too.We got the menu list, they have lots of choice which confuses us of what to order. After reading the whole book I order a pork ribs and mashed potato and my buddy had beef with fried potatoOur biggest surprise they had Belgian Beer, of course with no hesitation we'd like to have itWhile waiting we got a small bites. It takes long before our food served (we're patiently waited)After 30 minute we finally get the food, it looks good. My pork rib served in a plate, simple with three slice potation, lettuce leaves and one slice tomato. My pork rib is a bad choice. By buddy's beef look so yummy, served with mushroom sauce on top and fried potato, he's happy with his mealWe pay 33.000 peso food and drinks plus tip. The service is so slow although it wasn't busy or maybe we're too early. I don't know what to think
