A few of us stopped into the restaurant for lunch. Formally Green Springs, many of the favorite dishes are still here with the additional of small plates and specials. Jason is the chef here. His brother was the former chef and opened up a new restaurant in Key West. One of the people in our group asked the waiter about what type of duck was used in the Spicy Duck Wings plate. After a short period of time, Jason came over to us from the kitchen and explained not only the type of duck, where it was from and how the dish was prepared. We were all very impressed. I like wings, but these were made with a habenaro sweet chili sauce...Way too hot for me even though others in the group ordered them. I ordered instead The Wedge Salad. It as a quarter of a head of iceberg lettuce, Chucks of Applewood Smoked Bacon, Red Onions and Ripe Red Tomatoes served with a homemade Blue Cheese Dressing. The salad was crisp, the bacon was also crispy with a outstanding smokey taste, and the homemade dressing was very good as well. My only suggestion would be to have more Blue Cheese crumbles in the dressing. The restaurant itself is one of many in Safety Harbor that have turned older historic small bungalows into restaurants.It personifies a very homey feeling. This place will be with us for a long time. We be back for dinner soon.

The food here is wonderful. The owner/chef really takes pride in his work, and takes very good care of his customers. The pastries are FABULOUS!! The breakfast portions are very generous AND delicious! It's rare to find this quality. The servers are very caring and make you feel at home! YES!!!
