The opportunity to try an all-chestnut dinner was just too attractive not to try, and the kitchen did not disappoint. There was even chestnut beer available, which was not bad at all. We had the chestnut gnocchi and chestnut mousse, both delicious. Of course these were special courses not available all the time, but the creativity and the resulting tastes seem to be indicative of the quality of the kitchen. abbiamo festeggiato l'anniversario di matrimonio di parenti, eravamo solo noi (quasi 30), il servizio è stato esemplare e il cibo è stato un misto di cucina tirolese (speck, graukaese, canederli) e di cucina mediterranea (verdure ripiene, tartine di patè, friggitelli). Sia il prosecco che il grauvernatsch erano di buona qualità .

A beautiful new setting, both the internal spaces and the terrace overlooking the skyline, welcomes the guests. The architect did a perfect job. The management and the people understand how to provide a good service, adapting their approach to each table. The menu is a short one, as I expect in a quality restaurant, and mostly based on local products. Price to quality is competitive. Located as part of the Hotel Berghang, we had a little trouble navigating the hairpin bends to the top, and then finding the actual restaurant. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful in assisting us.This small restaurant perched on a mountainside, was a gourmet delight and very deserving of its Michelin Star. Starkly modern decor in contrast to the usual South Tyrolian decor made a nice change. The presentation and serving of the food was imaginative and everything from start to finish was creative and delicious. Service was attentive and relaxed. At the end of service chef Gregor came and chatted to each table. A screen in the dining room allowed you to observe the kitchen, which was a novel touch. I would rate it amongst one of the best meals we have had!

Great experience.Food is just excellent, wine list is way beyond your imagination.Price is incredibly fair.I donât see how someone can complain because doesnât receive chips at 20:30 when you suppose to have dinner.Unfortunately we are surrounded by customers that should go to Macdonald and leave gastronomy to someone else.When you work in the business you can spot idiot customers from a review.If you want to have a great experience in Bolzano and really enjoy your time with an extensive and extraordinary wine list, this is definitely the place to be.The staff is super professional, knowledgeable, very kind and all of them knows what to do.If you miss this restaurant you really miss something.Thank you very much for the amazing dinner.

In the middle of a hike, we sought refuge from the cold spring wind and discovered a warm, classic charm with warm classic wait staff who knew just what we needed without fuss. We relaxed, unhurried, to enjoy strudel and hot cocoa. We coughed a bit at the bill, but it was well worth it.

they say "returnig on the crime scene" and we did it.we were here last year and ate wonderful pastas, this time we found this new initiative "smart noodles" that's interesting, with ready sauces but their excellent pasta, which arrives on the table in few minutes.always very good wines and low prices.

I highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a beautiful place in South Tyrol to spend your holidays or a weekend.This amazing-panorama mountain hotel provides plenty of possibilities: hiking, climbing (Schlern, Rosengarten â¦), mountain-bike, horse-riding, ice skating / swimming (Wolfsgrubener See), skiing (Rittner Horn). But you can also do window-shopping in Bozen (20km) or in Brixen (40km).The new house is simply beautiful and cozy. The delicious cuisine offers not only the traditional dishes but also other excellent alternatives. The hotel owners makes you feel at home, and after 1-day full of activities you´ll be in seventh heaven at the sauna. I simply adore this place!!
