Villa Amore's restaurant terrace is in a perfect position with stunning views overlooking the coast. We enjoyed some excellent salads for lunch. The Cetara salad was packed with anchovies, tuna and olives - good value for 9â¬The restaurant is signposted down a passage on your left before you reach the entrance to Villa Cimbrone. You have to walk for a couple of minutes along an alleyway and down a flight of steps, but it's well worth the effort.Service was friendly and efficient. You pay your bill at a cash desk inside the restaurant on the left hand side.

Do you ever think to yourself when you go to a restaurant âthe restaurants location is so good but because of the location they donât put much effort into anything elseâ? This is one of those restaurants.I really felt that every time I asked the waitstaff for something, they just didnât want to do it and didnât want to provide service. If you care about the finer details of service/sequence of service then I donât recommend this restaurant at all.Staff lack wine knowledge - Iâm surprised to see a bottle of wine for â¬1000 euros on the menu if the staff canât even give accurate information about the house wine.Food was expensive for what it was.Sure the location is good but Iâm sure you could get better service and food at one of the other restaurants.
