Located in the tranquil Knutsford Court Hotel with a poolside view. The Melting Pot Restaurant & Lounge offers an excellent venue to enjoy great meals with even better company.
Booked a table for 15 in advance for our lunch time, only to get there and the table was not prepared. They had to move customers to seat us. We were given the restaurant week menu and was soon told that only the fish out of the three options were available. We complained only to be told, that the lasagne was not presentable for serving and the chicken was "pending". It would take 45 minutes to prepare. The fish we were also told would take 25 minutes to prepare. After several people came to talk to us and we could get no answers except we are sorry. We got up and left hungry and very dissatisfied,

Now located at Devon House, i decided to treat my wife to something different. The evening didnt start well with things not being on the menu, but the staff and Manageress, would not let us be unsatisfied customers. A measure of a great restaurant is how far they will make a customer happy. OPA gets top marks. Not on the menu, no problem, just fix up something similar. Great atmosphere, I will definately be back.

The award-winning Alexander's restaurant is ideally located in The Courtleigh Hotel & suites on the "hip-strip" of Knutsford Boulevard. This locale is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It also features daily Chef's specials as well as it's signature J
This was my choice for dinner one night while on a business trip. The venue is great, nicely decorated and clean. For dinner I chose pumpkin soup, coconut shrimp and done pumpkin rice. The pumpkin soup was absolutely amazing. The shrimp was average but plated well. Finally the pumpkin rice was wonderful. It was a quiet night yet service was slow. The waiter was friendly but not as attentive as I would expect.

Feel for outdoor dining in a relaxed atmosphere. Join us at the Pool Bar and Terrace located in the beautiful Courtleigh Hotel & Suites.
We had some drinks after work and ordered some snacks. Then we ordered the special that included jerk and south african cooking. It was nice, but the initial portions were ridiculously small for a large group so we complained and then we got too much food that we could barely eat all.The pool side was very nice, although there was a big event and we could only sit by the bar. We ordered spring rolls and snacks all of them very good. Good friendly service as well.

Located in the renowned Jamaica Pegasus Hotel. The Blue Window Restaurant offers a truly special dining experience, whether for breakfast. lunch or dinner. Offering themed luncheon buffets daily as well as a not-to-be missed Sunday Brunch and Thursday Ita
We had a wonderful New Year's brunch in 2018 at The Blue Window, and so, we came back New Year's Day 2019 for a "repeat performance." Unfortunately, although the ambiance and venue were up to the expected standard, and the staff were friendly and helpful, the food was NOT!! The soup (both the seafood chowder and the Pegasus red pea soup), which was served at table, was excellent, but the choices on the buffet and their availability were appalling and unacceptable for the special day. The hot buffet consisted of mashed potatoes, macaroni and cheese, grilled chicken, and a meat that was carved by the one server working on the buffet line, which was labelled as "brisket" but was clearly ham. There was a missing dish that was not replenished even after 10 minutes and a query about where it was. This is a very sparse offering for New Year's Brunch. The salad was equally sparse: basically lettuce, tomato, and a dish containing combined dressed tomato and cucumber. There was one other choice of combined salad ingredients, and other ingredients like cheese, beets and pickles, but altogether, the choice was extremely limited. One member of our party noticed that one man who came for brunch went and inspected the buffet and then asked for a menu. Perhaps this is what we should have done. This was actually the third time I had come to have lunch or brunch at The Blue Window this year, and all of them were disappointing. This was the final disappointment: we won't be back again. I do NOT recommend the Blue Window for anything. I suspect that the coffee shop upstairs would offer more choice and better quality food and service.

Where to eat American food in Port Royal: The Best Restaurants and Bars
Island Squeez is a nice lunch spot with a very eclectic ship relic decor theme aged to perfection. They post their menus on FB frequently and they offer a range of Jamaican and international cuisine. It is great for dining or take out. There are a number of thatched roof tables on the balcony overlooking busy Harbour Street, The interior has tables under an in house gazebo. There is elevated seating albeit maintaining a rustic atmosphere. They do not discriminate as they serve/sell three sizes of lunch to fit any pocket. They do meals to order as well. It is pretty informal and offers an option for Jamaican food at lunchtime. Follow them on FB!

This restaurant has become a firm favourite of mine! Sitting overlooking the Kingston harbour, one of the largest natural harbours in the world, feeling the sea breeze in my face, hearing the gulls cry and seeeing the pelicans fish bring me great joy! So does the food and service. I particularly like the salmon burger and a glass of nicely chilled white wine. I went to Ribbiz Ocean Lounge with my friend who had the barbecued spare ribs and enjoyed it thoroughly. The wait staff members are evidently well-trained and are helpful, efficient and friendly.I will return!

This is one of the old, established restaurants in Kingston but definitely showing its age. Food was mediocre considering it is considered a 5-star level restaurant and one of the more famous in Kingston. Recipes probably haven't changed in decades. Go to some of the newer establishments in Kingston. This restaurant caters mostly to tourists and locals with birthdays. And the service was really strange -- they took our food orders and then later another waiter came to take our cocktail orders.Dear will505, Thank you for choosing The Terra Nova All-Suite Hotel, and especially for taking the time to share with us your feedback.
