We visited this restaurant as we have done several times past years time. We didn´t know that this restaurant has a new owner, a big Finnish catering company. And the result was not good as before. We choiced a cisco (white fish). The portion was full of surprises: fish too much salted, including many other things such as cooked eggs!, many kind of vegetables, shrimps etc. The Björkmans´ desert was good. And the price of two fish, two classes of white wine, 2 cups of coffee and one desert was quite high = 90 ⬠.

This tiny little cafeteria is selling only vegan products. You can get bought lunch (soup) and coffee / tea with some pastry or sweet raw cake.

I stayed the night in Pori and wanted to eat something different in evening. Restaurant Borg looked right kind of restaurant to try something new. I took bar side snack, which was bowl. There was quinoa, sweet red onion, ghota cheese, ... That bowl was delicious. Just right kind of meal to us in that evening. In addition recommended white wine fit perfectly in meal. Next time I will to dining side and take menu.

We went to have a celebratory dinner, six people, actually seven, we had our 1 year old granddaughter with us. They had a childrens chair for her, which is normal in Finnish restaurants.We had a welcome drink (non alcoholic) first, then some appetizers and the main meal. I had a pepper steak which was perfect. My wife had steak & salmon dish, that was too salty, otherwise excellent. My son and his wife had fillet stead with blue cheese. It was good but not excellent. The ambience of the place is great and service too. Having a small child didn't worry the personnel at all, they even had some toys for her. The experience was better than I expected, having been there before. Perhaps being there in early evening helped.

I just popped by and were amazed how good food it was! The portions are medium sized so take extra ribbs if you are having those :) Tacos (small tortillas actually) were superb! Try king prawns!

I visited the restaurant for dinner on a Tuesday evening and there were only a few guests that evening. We were a group of 6 and were given a table next to the steps that lead downstairs. Unfortunately downstairs there was a meeting and at times it got rather noisy. This was irritating, why didn't they give us a better table knowing this? The food was good. We had reindeer and we all enjoyed it. This is my second visit to this restaurant and on both occasions the food has been very good. In the bar they have an impressive whisky selection. This is a good place for dinner if you like meat.
