A Relaxed Quiet Haven located behind the New Taco Casa in the South S-Bend of Beautiful Ubud serving Flavor Driven Dishes such as Shoarma, Tuna Tartare, Tika Masala...
Came here after TripAdvisor reviews and ratings are rightly justified. Ambience was really nice and chilled out. Menu was very elaborate ranging from local Indonesian food to the Western continental food to Indian curries. We tried their chicken curry which was really tasty and full of flavours. pricing seems to be on a slightly higher side as compared to other restaurants in Ubud, but I would say it still worth it. I would recommend this place for dinner

CasCades is a sensational restaurant located 5 minutes drive from the centre of Ubud, perfectly placed atop the luscious Valley of the Kings. It provides an Indonesia or Western dining experience with striking tropical valley views alongside meticulously
My boyfriend and I read about this restaurant online and decided to go here for dinner one of our evenings in Ubud. The view is pretty amazing, looking over the jungle. The service was great, they were very polite and professional. I think the cost was a little on the expensive side for what we got but that's the only thing. Food was pretty great, it gets chilly at night. We went at sunset.I definitely recommend dining here one evening if you get the chance!

The restaurant seems to be located within a nice hotel; the restaurant is at the front just behind its impressive infinity pool. The rating seems adequate as the main thing: the food was excellent! They have quite a variety between Western and Indonesian. We logically went for the local flavors. The satay dish as entrance was outstanding and so was my beef curry (dann remember the name) as main course. The meat was amazing. The only downside was that they didnât have quite a few dishes on the menu. Neither were they able to prepare all cocktails, i.e. shame as the description of the Bloody Mary was very tempting. Cocktails were ok but not outstanding; the wine we chose was neither on the list and we were suggested their most expensive instead (from Chile). I recommend not to take it as it was flat and mainly disappointing. The reason I am still giving 4 stars is the food and the fact the people serving were very kind. Dear MITCH-is-travelling,Warm greetings from Senja Bar & RestoFirst of all thank you for your review pertaining your experience dinning with us. We are happy to read your comment about our food variety specially the satay and beef curry.Your positive feedback on the areas you have highlighted are much appreciated and we will take immediately action to rectify the failures concerned. Nevertheless, it would be really grateful if you could still give us another opportunity to serve with a better satisfaction experience at our beautiful Senja Bar & Resto in the near future. Lovely setup hidden at the end of Jalan Bisma, Nice welcome and by the way the service was excellent throughout the meal BUT, like everyone else, we go to a restaurant for the food.. and we were quite disappointed.. The salmon was thoroughly overcooked, the "sweet potato puree" had the consistency of concrete mix..The lamb was very dry, probably because the mint yoghurt was nowhere to be found, except on the menuInstead of berries in the "PISTACHIO CRUMBLED BERRY & CREAM TART", it was a cheap mixed berry jam.In summary, there are dozens of restaurants in Ubud which provide a better culinary experience and better value for money.Dear Bapak/Ibu VudeSingapourWarm Greeting from Pistachio Ubud!Allowing me in personal to express my appreciation for your reviews and constructive feedback in Tripadvisor, in term of food which not met to your expectation. within this opportunity your comments have been on my notice and rectified with our chef for improvement in the future, i believe that our chef has made lots of improvement in presentation and composition of taste to suit with our customer preferences. our commitment to manage with all feedback to keep us on the track, including your feedback to become your kind attention and love us to be improved to the best again and again. we highly appreciated it. Regarding salmon, sweet potato puree, lamb, and pistachio crumble berry & cream tart as nothing wrong but as mention earlier,we will manage to put consistency for overall menu taste, presentation and also prompt service for our guest satisfaction. Look forward able to serve you back on day ahead. Till then have a great dayWarm Regards MudiartaAsst.Rest Manager

Set in rice paddies with an outlook to water and the jungle this is a beautiful place to spend at least some of your life. While that in itself is a pleasure the quality of the food matches the environment as does the friendly, professional service. In my opinion, and I have eaten at a number of the worlds top restaurants Sacred Rice is nudging if not equal to a Michelin one Star at a fraction of the price. Do yourself a favour go as many times as you can when in Bali, you wonât be disappointed.

Farm to table, locally sourced and sustainable. Three great words to sum up Chef Robert Erickson's style of culinary design. A sixty seats Sexy and Romantic restaurant.
The lovey staff seduced me with their special pasta of the day. Paired with a glass semillon from my country, I'm surprised to find this hidden fine dining restaurant in ubud. Everything was nicely done, the staff are lovely. Hat off to the chef.

Set overlooking a jungle valley setting, Apéritif is Baliâs newest fine dining restaurant and bar. The eight-course degustation menu presents an unrivalled culinary journey that brings together global flavours of modern gastronomy, lesser-known Indonesian
We have eaten in many restaurants around the world with Michelin stars including 6 which have/had at the time 3 stars and Aperitif was definitely up there as a dining experience. The degustation menu offers diners the chance to enjoy several flavours from the kitchen and each course is presented brilliantly. The ambience and decor of the restaurant and the wonderful bar add to the appeal.
