Book ahead and enjoy some great tasting foodMy second visit and I loved it, itâs not your average restaurant, quirky surroundings.... but great food... very tasty.We took our 8 year old who really enjoyed everything he had.Itâs more pricy than some places, but worth it.We went on a cold evening, and the door leading to the upstairs was constantly being opened leaving us cold....so maybe dress warmly. But this my only picky negative

Having just completed quite a long walk, we were in need of sustenance, and we stumbled upon Goody Blakeâs. Not much to look at from the outside, but what a menu, and what a welcome. Service was excellent and the chef spoke to most customers making sure that the food they had was to their liking and satisfaction. Prices were very reasonable, the premises spotlessly clean, portions were generous and, importantly, the food was excellent. Highly recommended.

They make a superb breakfast - just first class, hearty and delicious.The surprise was the dinner which was delicious.WE had lamb, fish and steak all of which were perfectly prepared.Nice wine listExcellent service.Great starters.We should have eaten here noth nights.
