The ambiance of this downstairs restaurant is very chic and cool. Our food was really good and the young chefs with their great reputation, delivered. The chef recommended he try the tataki beef, the hake and the pork. They were all beautifully presented and he loved every bite of each dish. I had the dried noodles and langoustines. This was a delicious surprise, very well presented and tasted great. I followed with the beef cheek main which was a big portion and had really interesting flavours. English was no problem, they even had an English menu. Definitely a place to try when visiting the very beautiful San Sebastián

Service was fantastic, the dishes were great plus it's not expensive as all other places are. Loved the recommendations from the staff on each of our meal choices. We were really surprised that the place wasn't packed up, maybe it's because on the same evening a local festival of tapas took place in the city. Anyway highly recommend for a lovely, tasty and affordable evening in the center of the old town.

We have visited this place a couple of times already and we definitely loved the food and the attention of their friendly staff. If you are vegan/vegetarian/gluten intolerant or you are simply searching for a good meal in the Old Part of San Sebastian, Maiatza is definitely a must visit place. Quality price is also really well balanced. My personal favourite (as a vegan) is the Vegan Brunch and the Rice with vegetables.

A wine bar in Gros. We have local and fresh products and an international touch on cooking. We love small producers and in the bar we always play music from a record player. Relax, we cook you eat.
Some of the best food we had in San Sebastián. Amongst all the seafood and meat it was lovely to encounter a restaurant that really celebrates local seasonal vegetables. Everything we had was made to perfection. So simple but so delicious, we were blown away. Also also the best wine list we saw as well.Wines from many regions of Spain all from very small producers. Whoever put the wine list together, really cares. Service was amazing, great ambiance music love the decor as well.

Baga Biga is a brewpub located in the heart of San Sebastian, next to Urumea river. Our beers are brewed on site with the best ingredients. We offer local and international food. A wide selection of guest beers, wines and cocktails are also available. Res
We visited Baga Biga after reading some great reviews, and we were not disappointed. They had a wide selection of beers and the food was absolutely delicious. The only dish we weren't so keen on was the burger, but everything else was really lovely. Also, Karty (not sure if that's the correct spelling) who served us was excellent. Thank you for a great time!

We really enjoyed our time at La Madame, which is a most stylish and animated restaurant, where I could tell they take pride in their offerings. We received an enthusiastic explanation of our dishes, and I enjoyed everything I ate, especially the cheesecake desert, which is deliciously memorable!
