I have visited Markus a bit skeptic. Many contrasting options heard before. As soon as you come in you notice the decor: Modern, with strong link to the old and the tradion (the sink in the restrooms), elegant, minimal and yet detailed.We sat and the magic began.The food had the love and the passion of this chef. He came to the table explaining the philosophy behind his cooking and I was amazed by it. You could see his love. I strongly recommend this restaurant for someone who likes to have an experience rather than just a mealOutstanding
