Just had a six night stay in Ischgl. The bar was right next to our apartment, very handy :-) David the barman looked after us very well. The beer is first class. We would highly recommend :-)

We had a lunch at La Pasta restaurant, it was so good we returned the day after. The food (osso buco, pasta with salmon, cordon bleu and pasta with creamy mushroom sauce, plus deserts) we had was delicious, the wine list extensive and has lots to offer. The service is attentive, nothing was a trouble, and we were treated with a smile! Our waitress -- Magi, did a wonderful job. All in all, absolutely enjoyable lunch and we will return to try some other dishes once in Samnaun.

The place looks good and service is also good. Food was under our expectations,we took 4 burgers and one steak, fries and salads. Burgers were rich and full of sauces but we were disappointed with meat inside them. Steak was tasty. Overall 3+Thank you very much for your review. We buy our meat exclusively from regional companies. We would like to have more details from you, what exactly you didn't like about our meat. We would like to emphasize that we are not a star restaurant. Please contact us, our owner would like to invite you personally.

The Gourmet Set-menu Stiar restaurant is exclusive with limited seating (approximately 3 tables for 4 people and 4 tables for 2 people). Reservations are HIGHLY recommended.There is a small and a large course set-menu, both with wonderful wine pairing options.If you choose the large course menu, you will have the unique opportunity to try Marmot - which was actually amazing. You will also have additional dishes of Eel, salmon and extra dessert.All the food ingredients are locally sourced or hunted. You get to experience an impressive and delicious Tyrollean dining at its finest.Our waitress Hannah provided in depth details for each dish and each wine/Beer pairing. The discussion points only heightened your anticipation for each dish.The prices are steep and reflect the top-notch quality of the food. We arrived in Ischgl from NYC to ski and celebrate my boyfriendâs birthday, and after looking around at restaurant options decided this one looked interesting and unique enough for a celebratory dinner. We have eaten at many top restaurants around the world, so maybe our expectations were too high, but we thought the meal was just ok. The service was great and the atmosphere is high-end and a bit stuffy even which is fine. However, the food is expensive for what it is and the focus seems to be primarily on presentation vs. taste. We could honestly say out of the multiple dishes we tried, only the pigeon pie was somewhat memorable in taste and had a good balance of flavors. The chocolate cake dessert was good too. The rest of the dishes, however, lacked in flavor and seemed to have an abundance of truffles to cover it up. Literally half of the dishes we had tasted like truffle, which doesnât seem very creative given what weâve read about the chef and the restaurant. I also didnât love the offers of drinks before the meal via a cart of options and no mention of prices. When youâre offering a drink that costs 20+ euro each, cost should be mentioned. This is especially confusing given that several small dishes are served at the same time as complimentary amuse bouches.All in all, we had a nice time but felt the meal just wasnât worth the almost 300 euro price tag for 2 people (5 dishes, 2 drinks and an average bottle of wine).Thank you very much for your visit. We are pleased that you enjoyed the atmosphere and the service very much. We have one of our offered Amuse Bouche - white truffles. You then shared another starter and ordered the turbot with black truffle. It is understandable that truffles are served there. You write that you have already eaten in top restaurants all over the world, but then you should know that we are in the lower price segment, even if we have overwhelmed you with truffles. Superb restaurant: the food was very impressive, each dish was convincing, great texture and taste palette, mouthwatering menu; service was very good too; only problem was the price policy: while the food is reasonably priced, especially considering the quality, the drinks are extremely expensive (notably apéritifs and digetifs). While certainly not sufficient for preventing me from returning (as I said the food IS very good) I find it unreasonable that in the end we spent more on drinks (3-4 glasses per person - nothing fancy) than on the food.

Staying at the hotel with halfboard option, our group was using the Eldorado restaurant every evening and we have excercised and experienced the whole menu and big part of extensive wine list.The food is great, with fresh products and repetitive high quality. Especially impressive were Eldorado pepper steak, lamb âcrownâ or saltimbocca from dear. Many dishes with seasonal aspargus, including aspargus cream and composition with seabass. Very good desserts, like chocolate brownie and Heisse Liebe ice cream.The service was impeccable, the waiters staff friendly and professional. Be prepared for pretty long waiting time. The restaurant is always full at nights.Dear guest, thank you very much for your rating.
