Everything was fresh (prepared in small batches to keep things fresh) and well made. Salad course included things like oysters on the half shell, crab legs, marinated mushrooms, shrimp, mussels, etc. along with several soups. The next part was my second favorite (SPOILERS: desserts were my favorite) the sushi and sashimi. Sushi was NOT the typical ball of rice with a tiny, thin piece of fish. The sushi was tasty and fresh as was the sashimi. The portions of salmon and tuna sashimi were very sizable (not a few tiny pieces). From there I tried the Portuguese dishes. Portuguese mussels and the Portuguese chicken were quite good, but I would say my favorite entree item was the "Bulgogi" roast beef. Desserts were all great, but the standout for me was the mango panna cotta.There is also a kids area that has items like chicken nuggets and fries.I am not sure how long it will last, but they are running a special where you buy one dinner ($318MOP) and get the second for half off.Thank you for you time to share your dining experience with us and your kind compliments have been shared to both our culinary and service team. What I can say, the dinner buffet in mistral restaurant is the most taste one and have variety of food to choose. Different from the transitional buffet only have western style. In this period, they are promoting Vietnam theme here. The Vietnam beef vermicelli is super yummy :) below will upload more picture.The surprise thing is wine and beer are free flow. Whenever you want to drink, just serve it by yourself without any extra charges. The environment is nice and will not feel crowd beside.Especially make a thank to CRISEL and JJ, they really nice and fantastic with their good service :DI promise I will be back haha. Stayed at the St. Regis and invited friends who were staying at the Grand Hyatt over for lunch at the Manor. Food, service and ambience, are all superb. We tried both the brunch and à la cart. We all enjoyed the food and the service so much, our friends invited us to visit the Manor again on the following day. Visited many times. Value for money and always enjoyed be it lunch or dinner. Juices included and would be great if no sugar added. I actually asked and was offered fresh orange juice without sugar. Was told finger bowl not provided, was given wet towel by the server even without me asking. A pity roast beef was too rare and noticed many leftovers on other tables when passed by. Should offer to heat up at microwave oven for those who prefer medium to well done. Will always visit whenever in Macau.

Iâve resided in Macau for 10 years and had heard rave reports about Macau Soul so my wife and I finally made it here and absolutely loved it. Itâs small extremely cozy, quiet with only 5 tables, accompanied by excellent hosts and food and wine was great. Polished it all off with Davidâs recommenced 1997 Port wine - perfect evening. We will be back as itâs the perfect place for a lazy relaxing afternoon or evening after touring the city or casinos. However as I said itâs small and popular so make sure you book well in advance and you wonât be disappointed.
