A favourite of locals and tourists, come and enjoy a meal or buy something from the bakery shop
Food is very good an well priced.Place is small and crowded and it was difficult to get a table as it is very popular. We found it very noisy and it was difficult tp have a conversation. Hi Andrea'sThank's you for your review, glad you enjoyed the food. We are busy working on the soundproofing, it can get too loud in the restaurant. All the Best! The Olympia Team

Small plate style restaurant bringing global flavors together, glass front with an outstanding view of kalk bay harbour.
I'm not generally one to write reviews, but this place is absolutely worth it. From the incredible low key music, to being served the most incredible dishes served by the owner himself, it's a WOW! Exceptionally well organised, unreal cuisine and personalised service. This is a definite "must do" for me and has been a definite highlight of our trip.

We stopped here just for a coffee and ended up ordering an omelette, carrot cake and some wine. Nude little spot. Nice covered stoep. My omelette and my hubbies carrot cake were both great. Good selection of wines by the glass. Attentive service. Good prices. It's nothing unusual, but the basics are done very well! A pleasant surprise and we'd go back for another meal.

I have eaten at the Saveur Restaurant many times, this was a first at the new cafe at the Harbour View Mall, the ambiance is lovely, with plenty of choice of food and drink. They have special offers on different nights, we were there on the steak night, the ribeye with melted brie and read onion jam was phenomenal!!! What a superb meal and accompanied by a nice craft ale. This is a place well worth the visit!

Hubby and I were travelling as part of a group and our scheduled lunch stop was Dixies Restaurant. Please keep in mind that this review is NOT based on the menu as a whole but rather what we were offered as a group meal.We were served hake and it was VERY underwhelming. For many of the people in our group the fish wasn't even cooked and in fact, one of our travellers ended up getting sick.I will say that the food that was being ordered off the menu at other tables looked good as it was being served but I can't say the same about our meal.NO, we wouldn't go back.We are terribly sorry to hear of your experience at Dixies. Please could you provide us with the date that you visited Dixies so that we can do an internal investigation. It is a pity, that this was not reported to management on the day so that we could have rectified this issue immediately. Once again, we apologise profusely.

Having left another establishment that tried charge for toasting gluten free bread, we had a wonderful breakfast at the courtyard. They even supplied gluten free bread free of charge.Whilst neither of us is vegan, we found a nice selection of options. The food was prepared in a short time, beautifully presented and most tasty. The courtyard also has a most appealing ambience, and friendly waiters.Well worth a visit

The Hub Cafe is super excited about its brand new food offering with Chef Dylan Laity at the helm. Weâve had a face lift and moved our kitchen upstairs . Diners are now privileged to watch Chef Dylan and his team hard at work in the âtheatre of foodâ. Our
We were visiting South Africa and were having a tour of the area by friends who live in nearby Llandudno, when we all felt it was coffee time. So we decided on The Hub. We had a very pleasant greeting from the staff, who were quite happy for us to just have a coffee. So we spent a pleasant half hour in this great cafe and have to say that I would certainly return again, especially for the great welcome given by the staff! Thanks so much for your review - we really appreciate our guests taking the time to write! We hope you enjoyed your visit to SA and that you will come back again soon!Warm regardsNatasha & The Village Hub team

Osetra - The Restaurant is a 220-seater upmarket designer restaurant, situated in the heart of Kalk Bay. The restaurant, named after the Caviar, is almost completely sea facing with the outside dining terrace perfectly positioned for people-watching. Open
This was our second visit and we were as impressed as on our first visit. We were given a delicious complimentary bowl of spicy seafood bisque on arrival (very welcome on an icy Cape Town day). We then shared a plate of perfectly cooked prawns, served with the most delicious soya sauce-based sauce and fabulous egg-fried rice. The staff were attentive and efficient (and I loved the teapot they brought my tea in).
