This must be the cleanest, best kept restaurant for miles around. Everything is great, the food is wonderful and the ladies who run it are not only very pleasant but obviously care about what they are doing. They deserve to have great success. Get down there and try the Thai food.

My family and I had dinner in this very nice atmosphere restaurant. Excellent service, good food, unfortunately my husband found a spoiled mussel and he felt very sick for the following two days. Everyone hopes it never happens but sometimes it happens and we do understand the chef cannot be "inside" every mussel! So mine doesn't want to be a complain, just a simple story report. Two other aspects to be mentioned. The first is about HONESTY! I had a terrible day and I was very tired that evening. So tired that I forgot all my money (put in an envelope) on the table. The waiter found it and immediately informed his manager. Few minutes after the reception called me in the room and the F&B manager himself returned the money to me. Chapeau!!!The second aspect is about breakfast: amazing choise of fresh and excellent quality food. Bravo!

Local Thai food alongside the chefs own fusion dishes, served in a third floor location looking over Kamala. Chef Nana visits the local markets everyday to find the best Thai Produce to cook for you.
We were greeted with a huge smile from Nana the restaurant owner. The food was amazingly good and was cooked from her. To cook Vegan/ Vegetarian for us was no problem for her. After dinner we had more than just one planned drink at the bar. Carl the barkeeper likes to recommend you drinks depending on your taste and he also will mix you one of his creations. On top of all everything's made with local food. There was watermelon on the drinks menu, but there wasn't any at the market so he just took canteloupe melon. Perfect. The two are wonderful, lovely owners and the atmosphere was pretty chilled. Both talked long with us and told us the funniest stories. An absolute must in Phuket.Greetings from Selia, Jana and Daveâ

I came here for lunch. It was about a 20 minute slow walk from the Dusit Laguna. They had a great selection of lunch specials. My dish was 110 bhat with top up for egg and vegetables.I had the thai fried rice and it was amazing!Staff were great. There were a few mosquitos. And as soon as i sat down they lit a mosquito coil. It was nice to relax and enjoy my lunch.Nice rustic setting on the main street.I would love to come back!

One of Kamala's most popular bars and favorite spots for the local expat community and tourists alike. We serve Western and Thai food, have many TV's to watch sport, have live bands from time to time we have been a popular spot for the tourists visiting P
We went a few times over our holiday and had dinner there. Their menu is massive which in my experience is never a good sign of the quality of the food. On the opposite here!!! We had thai food, pizzas and pasta dishes, all were absolutely amazing and a real good size too. The owner and the staff were very friendly too. They look after you and pay attention to details. Great atmosphere too every night with different theme night (cocktails, pizza, pool comp...) I highly recommend this place!

Today we took a wrong turn when looking for somewhere to eat lunch and found ourselves outside Bua Restaurant. Menu looked good so in we went. We had our pick of the tables so we chose a table over looking the little river below us complete with a couple of boats and sandy shore. We ordered green chicken curry and pad thai; not at all adventurous but it was good, especially the green chicken curry; so good we ate every last drop of the sauce. An atmospheric location with good food and lovely staff - not much not to like. We'll be back.

Went for a nice meal here while holidaying in Kamala Beach, read a lot of good reviews. Really nice hotel and restaurant, we had the chicken green curry and the slow cooked pork belly. Both meals were of high standard and the service was great however we left after our main course due to the loud rude and arrogant two guys sitting near to us. Cursing and swearing loudly, obviously had too much to drink. Disrespecting the female waitresses but the hotel said nothing to them. Spending money appears to be better than polite custom. Spoilt what could have been a nice evening. Dear Derek M, First of all we wish to thank you for visiting our Silk Restaurant & Bar and praising our services and the great food. However we are saddened to hear that you had an unpleasant experience due to a neighboring table and certainly extend our sincere apologies. Certainly such is not tolerate in our restaurant and we should have approached the table ensuing other guests experience is kept to highest Andara Resort standards.Should you still be on the sunny island of Phuket, please do reach out to me directly at [email protected] as it would be my pleasure speaking about your recent experience in person. With best regards - Christian Acker
