Reviews on International food in Kalka, Haryana, India. Kalka is a town in the Panchkula district of Haryana, India. The name of this town is derived from the goddess Kali. The town is situated in the foothills of the Himalayas and is a gateway to the neighbouring state of Himachal Pradesh. It is on the National Highway 22 between Chandigarh and Shimla, and it is the terminus of the Kalka-Shimla Railway. To the south of Kalka is Pinjore, and the industrial village of Parwanoo (Himachal Pradesh) is to the north on the NH 22. Industrial development has led to a continuous urban belt from Pinjore to Parwanoo, but Kalka remains largely unaffected by these developments. Nearby is Chandimandir Cantonment where the Western Command of the Indian army is based. In 2013 it has come under the jurisdiction of Panchkula Municipal Corporation and its municipal committee has been dissolved.

The had maintained the hygien and cleanliness. I would specially like to mention some staffs name who were very good during my stay Ms. Shahiba and Ms. Rameshwari. The Café @JW is a contemporary all day dining restaurant that serves an assortment of authentic international cuisines which include Asian Salads, Cantonese, Thai & Vietnamese, Chinese Barbecue, Dim Sum and Dumplings, Chilled Seafood, Condiments and dress
It was my first visit to JW for a meal. We were a little early and settled for The Cafe.We ordered Rogan Josh, Chicken Biryani, Amritsari kulcha and Missi roti. While the chicken biryani and missi roti were okay nothing outstanding, the rogan josh and amritsari kulcha were way below local dhabas. I would recommend that the Chef in Charge, try the kulcha at the booth in Phase 9, Mohali.Biryani by Kilo in Mohali serves better biryani! The serving size is rather small. It was a very disappointing evening.Dear Guest,Thank you for choosing to share your inexperience at JW Marriott Chandigarh. I have taken immediate action steps to address the concerns as highlighted by you, however, these should not have happened at the first place. Please accept my sincere apologies for the in-experience; would request you to consider this as an aberration and not our standard of business. I hope you will give us another opportunity to deliver a true JW treatment.Regards, Ramandeep Marwah General Manager

Hangout is a Roof Top Bar cum Restaurant and the most happening place specially in the evenings. It has a very romantic ambience, a DJ plays English and Hindi songs almost all evenings. Stags are not allowed strictly to make the place suitable for couples
Had a candlelight dinner, with live music, amidst cool breeze of fresh mountain air, with a starry view of the valley around. The place is small, cosy and charming. The food and the service is good. The location quite nice, offering good views of the valley.Do check it out.

The Brew Estate is the best microbrewery in the Chandigarh region, that promises quality brews, fabulous food and top-notch brewery experience. The Brew Estate is very well known for its brewpub culture and premium crafted beer where people love to spend
The tri city area has quite a few breweries to boast abt and the brew estate is definitely rite there among the top few. The food here is excellent and they have a great selection of pan Asian as well as continental cuisine. The quantity was good and the taste was fabulous. They have catchy and loud music playing right through which is great if you are out with your friends for a night out however if you are looking for a laid back and quiet atmosphere with some meaningful conversation, the brew estate is not for you. Having said that the ambience is really nice and the staff is extremely friendly and courteous as well as knowledgeable. If you are a beer fan you def gotta visit this place as they give you free samplers of different craft beer to taste b4 u make your choice. Overall an excellent experience and will def be doing this again.Dear guestThank you so much for valuable feedback and words of appreciation. we are delighted to know that you enjoyed our food and hospitality. looking forward to welcoming you soon. keep visiting keep lovingregards .keep visiting keep loving RegardsThe Brew Estate
