Before arriving, I was determined to get the Avocado Toast on the Brunch menu since 5+ most recent Yelp! reviewers praised the dish. When our group was seated, however, the waitress told us that they have the day's special item: the Lobster Egg Benedict.As I am a huge lover of seafood, I HAD to order it. Change of plan. New year new me, right? I ordered OJ and added the half avocado on the side for the lobster benedict to make sure I'd had the avocado fix. I wasn't too ready to abandon the avocado option either. One of us ordered a hamburger with a side of fries, two got the Moroccan Scramble and another granola with yogurt. For desserts, we got a marshmallow ice cream (!) and a gingerbread. The marshmallow ice cream has a gooey consistency/texture that is just right and the gingerbread was very rich, topped with apples. We were full and more than satisfied with our meals. Coming here with friends was the best way to celebrate the new year.

After reading the reviews we were really excited but it did not quite come off. Staff is really good and well trained and the interior is a bit mixed - but okay. The food is a bit of a mix. We had prawns in garlic oil with bread. The prawns were over cooked; dry and boring. Main courses were similar; traces of innovation but not to our taste. We had some issues during dinner; issues that other restaurants would have provided compensation for, but not at Industriel.

This one is simple. It's the local favourite. Get everything we need for the late morning. Great service, great people. Mind your cholesterol and sugar level, just enjoy the omelette, pancakes and all you need for The All American Brunch. The only drawback is limited parking space.
