Sunbathing, al fresco dining and late-night discos are a way of life in Hammamet, the Tunisian St-Tropez. Located on the fertile Cap Bon Peninsula, about 40 miles south of Tunis, the bayfront resort is surrounded by verdant hills and citrus groves. When not basking on Hammamet Beach, browse the markets for local pottery or wander through the medina (old city) with walls that date to 1500. Summer brings festival fever to the city with plenty of music and theatrical offerings.

The waiters and owner were very nice but I was with my sister (two women) and before getting there were harrassed by men in that area which was not pleasant. if you are with a man they leave you alone. The food is quite nice meat options, pasta dishes and fish dishes. be careful for the prices on the menu for fish is only per 100g. A big put off is the children selling jasmine constantly begging which is unpleasant.

It's a shame that this restaurant hasn't got a better view as this is the only thing missing. I had a lovely roast chicken that was well seasoned and moist. My friends had the pasta and the crepe( the crepe was a bad choice) but the 4 cheese pasta was lovely too.

Restaurant location is impeccable - right on the beach! It is also a cafe. Italian and Tunisian cuisine. Tunisian cuisine is like many others, but the Italian cuisine is delcious and one of the best in Tunisia. The chef is an experienced lady, Carla, and her fresh pasta is out of this world. Make sure that she is on duty in the kitchen when you visit. The fish/seafood dishes are a must. Any of the pasta dishes is mouth watering, including her special ravioli. Pricewise it is half what one pays in Italy for same food. Only one snag - No alcohol!

Went after reading TA reviews as my daughter was craving pizza. Lovely little restaurant, very clean. Free WiFi, live music, great pizza, free appetizer selection and attentive staff. Free appetizers, 2 pizzas and 2 waters totalled £10!! Highly recommend.

We loved this café, a real surprise! Very good service and the best crepes and omelette over Hammamet and Yasamine. And as our hotel had the worst kitchen ever, we went back to this place to have lunch.Good coffee too, the real italian espresso.Highly recommended!

Spent a pleasant 3 hours in here the other night listening to the local rock band ZED. We didn't eat but the food served to other customers looked goid. Drinks prices very reasonable and the staff friendly. Only minor problem was that it got a bit smoky as smoking is allowed inside.

This is a relatively new Restaurant Cafe in Hammamet Tunisia, that serves a variety of food, especially fresh fish and is exceptionally clean.
We went to the Time Out due to other tripadvisor recommendations.Compared with European standards, the Time Out is a relatively simple restaurant, more fast food than dine out. Nevertheless the dishes are well prepared and the quality is good/very good, especially the fresh fish. Pizza is so lala.No beverages with alcohol and onlyFrench menu. But all in all an exvellent alternative for the hotel restaurants. And the pricing is unbeatable cheap.

This is a lovely restaurant and it saddens me to see it so empty due to the declining tourism within Tunisia. The steak I have to say was the best steak I have ever eaten, at an excellent price. There was eight of us all drinking and the whole bill came to something like £140! Was a relief to get out the hotel and have a decent beer. However I will say that they need to sack the man who canât speak English working front of house. He does absolutely nothing and letâs the young girl run around silly. Heâs useless and draining the businesses resources. Hope management take that comment on board and do something with it! X

We came here on our last night after being recommended by our hotel. Found staff all very friendly, especially with our four year old daughter. Although there wasnât any child menus to choose from they did do us a small dish of plain pasta for her. We had 2 fillet steaks & a bottle of red. Steak was cooked medium rare as requested & served with a jacket Potato, which made a pleasant change to the hotel food. After our meal we were treated to a sorbet & a damson shot complimentary. They then even ordered us a taxi on them, after us paying 7td to get there. Which is still a great price! Had a lovely evening all for about £33. Bargain!
