Italian cuisine with a great selection of wines. Elegant and hospitable environment with warm and modern tones. We have a private room for dinners or business meetings.
Had great expectations given the positive reviews but nothing from food to service or ambiance really surprised me given the bill. May be just an unlucky night. Hello and thanks for the review.I'm really sorry that the expectations weren't met.We keep the prices under control but we are not a cheap restaurant and we are very careful about the success of the dinner.Unfortunately, when you eat raw fish and wine from important bottles, you can't have cheap prices. But I treasure your considerations and hope to see you again to make you think again.See you soon.

We stumbled upon this restaurant while talking a walk in the hotel neighbourhood. We didn't have big expectations, but even if we had they would have been met. The waiter where charming and dedicated, the food where really good and the presentation just as good. Right before we left the chef came out to say thanks for the visit and talk about the dishes. Sorry about the bad pictures, but we sat outside in the evening with bad light.

We had read about this restaurant and made a reservation before we left the USA. It was a delightful and charming restaurant. Tatiana warmly greeted us and took excellent care of us throughout the meal. They started us off with an amuse bouche of vegetables presented on a clam shell. We ordered a bottle of Santa Margherita Pinot Grigio which was crisp and refreshing. We decided to share both the first and second courses. We started with tagliatelle paglia e fieno saltate con ragù di vitello brasato al Vermentino (straw and hay noodles with a braised veal ragu in Vermintino wine) â what an explosion of flavors! Our second course was perfectly cooked tagliata di blonde dâAquitaine con asparagi (sliced medium rare beef from the blond dâAquitaine, which is a modern French breed of large domestic beef cattle with an asparagus sauce). This wowed us! We finished with the Il tortino caldo di cioccolato fondente con crema al moscato (a warm chocolate cake with chocolate, cream, strawberries, elderberry and raspberries). Everything from start to finish was beautifully prepared and presented. Our total cost for this delicious meal was ⬠55, which included the cover charge, 2 waters, bottle of wine, first and second courses, and dessert. We were thrilled with our dinner and highly recommend this restaurant.

Cibus13 is born from a Roberta and Saraâs idea, travel friends. The girls have put together their own passions, the world with hospitality, creating a menu to discover, that it going from Liguria tradition to the worldâs delicacies.
It is clear that the people who started this restaurant did so with passion and enthusiasm but unfortunately there are a few problems (which could be resolved). The service was excellent but the food and the ambiance was a bit disappointing. The beef tartar with swiss chard was delicious but the grilled octopus was swimming in béchamel sauce. My companion ordered the seafood lasagna which sounded so appealing and seemed to be one of their signature dishes. In reality it was a pot of béchamel sauce with some bits of pasta, seafood and artichokes swimming in it and the flavours were not interesting. My small portion of spaghetti was also drenched in various sauces (béchamel included). The menu has some interesting things but lacks cohesion (mostly Italian but also a Spanish dish and a curried dish). As for the ambiance - warmer and more intimate lighting would be good and some more interesting artwork and decoration, particularly in the seating area downstairs where there is none (and where they need a dehumidifier). My sense is they need to pick a concept and stick with it - more cohesion needed. Cibus13
