Gammarth (Tunisian Arabic: ڨمرت gāmmart) is a town on the Mediterranean Sea in the Tunis Governorate of Tunisia, located some 15 to 20 kilometres north of Tunis, adjacent to La Marsa. It is an upmarket seaside resort, known for its expensive hotels and shops. Gammarth began as a small fishing village but following independence from France it blossomed into a resort from the 1950s. If shopping in the mall, I suggest you to grab a lunch at Monaco Club. Excellent paninis and other light courses. Prices are very reasonable.

Nice rooftop restaurant in the center of La Marsa. The view is very nice. The prices are a little high if you compare to Tunisia but very ok. The service is good and they serve a lot of different kind of food, try the Maklob.

The place in nice modern and very well equipped. i liked very much the finishing and furnishing the mabient is very modern. the service for the dinner was very poor, the food arrived and we waited at least 5 minutes to receive for and knife... then they forgot to bring the bread, etc etc, unfortunately during dinner the karaoke started and the singers were not very good, i found it very annoying, but THE FOOD WAS EXTRAORDINARY. I VERY MUCH LOVED IT. we had both fish and meat and everything was of an outstanding wuality, made me forget the bad service and bad music. i will annyway go back another time when i wll be in TUNIS.
