Superb restaurant: the food was very impressive, each dish was convincing, great texture and taste palette, mouthwatering menu; service was very good too; only problem was the price policy: while the food is reasonably priced, especially considering the quality, the drinks are extremely expensive (notably apéritifs and digetifs). While certainly not sufficient for preventing me from returning (as I said the food IS very good) I find it unreasonable that in the end we spent more on drinks (3-4 glasses per person - nothing fancy) than on the food.

Staying at the hotel with halfboard option, our group was using the Eldorado restaurant every evening and we have excercised and experienced the whole menu and big part of extensive wine list.The food is great, with fresh products and repetitive high quality. Especially impressive were Eldorado pepper steak, lamb âcrownâ or saltimbocca from dear. Many dishes with seasonal aspargus, including aspargus cream and composition with seabass. Very good desserts, like chocolate brownie and Heisse Liebe ice cream.The service was impeccable, the waiters staff friendly and professional. Be prepared for pretty long waiting time. The restaurant is always full at nights.Dear guest, thank you very much for your rating. We are glad to hear that you and the whole group enjoyed your stay at our hotel and that you were satisfied with the food. Sabine's serves excellent food at reasonable prices and generous servings. Ms Sabine and her daughter always shows great hospitality and makes you feel very welcome. Local fish and meat is always on the menu. The restaurant is certainly worth a trip. Reservation is highly recommended.
