Le Maure'sk is a new restaurant opened in September 2018 in the Medina of Fez, not far from the main axis Talaa Kebira and parking Ain Azliten. The Maure'sk offers French cuisine and fusion for those who wish to leave the traditional tagines and couscous.

Our Café Restaurant Pizzeria offers you a delicious traditional moroccan kitchen as well as fresh pizzas and pasta. There is live music open stage every evening. And if you want to enjoy a very nice view to the medina, you can sit on our big roof terrace.
I went with my husband in November (sorry for the late review, guys). I recommend it if you are looking for something different. The place has a very good vibe and the guys working there are the nicest you can find. We have a great time chatting with them, and listening to their live music while having some pizza. When we left, we felt like we had made new friends. Thanks for everything, guys. Gracias! We hope to see you again when we go back to Morocco.PS: âLive for yourself and you will live in vain; live for others and you will live again.â -Bob Marley
Morocco has a long and eventful history. Over the centuries it has been enriched by afascinating blend of Arab, Berber, Middle Eastern, Moorish, Iberian, Mediterranean, African and Jewish cultures, from which has evolved a cuisine that is uniquely Morocca
We stayed in Riad Al Pacha and for ease we ate dinner in the hotels restaurant. The staff is very helpful, friendly, accommodating and they look after you very well. The food is delicious and we could not even finish the portions, they are so big. Everything is freshly made from the ingredients they bought on the day. Definitely recommend!

Be a genuine ambassador for Moroccan cuisine, Italian, international, and culture, by creating a sophisticated exchange platform between Morocco and the world.
Great restaurant! I had the vegan pastilla, a traditional moroccan dish- A crispy pastry filled with mixed vegetables, olives and thin noodles. Really delicious and extra nice eating sitting on the terrace with live guitar music in the background. The restaurant itself is really beautifully decorated and both the owner and the manager who served me, Kamal were so lovely and completely understood what vegan food was which can be difficult sometimes in Morocco! Would definitely recommend!

Simply superlative!fresh food made in front of you with quality ingredients and by Mother and Son very friendly and super nice. Pastille of high quality and chicken burger really tasty and perfectly cooked. Maroccan salad with abergine fresh and tomatoes well presented. Quality and quantity perfect relation to the prices which are clearly showed in the menu on the little tables. No surprise on the bill and you can leave satisfied with a big smile. The best in Fes.
