Der Eigentümerwechsel hat das Positive erhalten. Auch dieses Mal gab es nichts auszusetzen. Die Küche lieferte sehr gut zubereitete und auf den Punkt gegarte Fische. Die Anrichtung unterstrich recht dezent die Hochwertigkeit der servierten Produkte. Die Karte wurde so angepasst, dass nicht nur die Fischliebhaber zu Ihrem Recht kommen. Der Service war unverändert gut.

Never expected that you could eat so great in a hotel ! Unbelievable what a passion in the food. No i know for sure that this is the best hotel + restaurant in the whole bremerhaven range. Had the fish of the month ( skrei) and have eaten it before ( even in sweden ) but the way prepared here was fenomanal in 1 word! I been several times as the company use it when we sign on vessels here in BRV. It is a standard hotel , and I special like the food, as it is good German quality. Always receive good service here, and it is just in the center of the city.

We popped in for dinner after on a Saturday night without a reservation and still managed to be seated. They were short-staffed and it took a long time to order, get a drink or food, and we recognized quite a few cancellations as people were fed up waiting for meals.Nevertheless, the service did their very best and the food was excellent. We loved the atmosphere and had a splendid evening.
