Lovely Spanish Moroccan fusion background music playing. After lousy tourist food in the Blue City, we were surprised at the delicious tasty meals on offer. I had tagine of beef with raisins and apricots. My friend had a plain chicken kebab with 3 skewers and fresh green beans and carrots. Candles lit st night. Outside terrace. On main road but no traffic noise. Highly recommended. Menu in English. Complimentary mint tea and soup offered. Main meals at 50 MAD. My friend and I were in Chefchaouen for 2 nights and visited this place 3x. They have great deals for breakfast (banana smoothie or orange juice + coffee or tea + Moroccan pancake (with toppings) or toast for 25 dirhams. The food was good and the smoothies were very good and they have so many options. We returned another night for dinner and just had two smoothies each. So altogether we had about 9 smoothies here! We liked each one we had and everything is fresh. The service in the morning is very quick and friendly.

My friend and I, tourists, looked for a light lunch. This restaurant was almost empty, but we were warmly welcomed. I got spaghetti arribata-vegetarian spicy tomato sauce. My friend got chicken Parmesan with vegetables and potato salad. And a big bottle of water of course. All good. Clean western WC. About;$10. Pleasant view too
