Excellent quality traditional English pub food, with extensive beer gardens set on edge of stithians Lake, excellent views .childrens play area Dog friendly in the Bar and Gardens. Varied menu to cater for all tastes, but also offering a selection for tho
My friend and I ate here three times during our stay on the attached camping site. The staff were outstanding and very friendly. Nothing was too much trouble.Very dog friendly with well spaced tables so dogs can be comfortable but not under the feet of people who may not like dogs.I had scampi which was delicious and a bigger portion of actual scampi than i have ever had.I also had the steak and ale pie which was an amazing home cooked delight stuffed full of beautifully cooked top quality meat. It was so good I had it two nights running.I would definitely recommend this pub and hope to return again

Located just off the Cornwall Coast Path in Gwithian, West Cornwall, the Red River Inn is a child and pet friendly pub with accommodation and a large beer garden. CURRENTLY BEING RENOVATED - DUE TO REOPEN SOON!
We had a meal here on a Saturday night whilst camping nearby with friends. We're glad we booked - it was very busy.Lively pub, good atmosphere. The menu has enough choice that you'll find something you fancy but isn't overwhelming with choice. I liked that the menu explained where the food had been sourced - mainly locally.Portions are generous, yet reasonably priced - you definitely won't go away still hungry!Great to hear you enjoyed your visit Jo, thank you for taking the time to review us. We are excited this week to add the newly opened Free Range Dairy to our list of suppliers along with Cornhill Farm Free Range Eggs; both of whom are just up the road at North Cliffs & Kehelland - do drop in and try some on your next visit!

It is our last night in the area before heading back to Surrey tomorrow. We are staying in Constantine and wanted to find somewhere nearby and judging by the trip advisor reviews this looked to be a decent option. We called ahead to book a table and we got a lovely welcome when we entered and we were shown to our table which had our name on it to show reserved which was a really nice touch. We were quickly brought our drinks. We then shared a few starters before moving onto our mains. All the food was absolutely delicious and we all left clean plates after each course. It would be hard to choose a favourite dish as we all agreed they were really amazing. The staff were all so friendly throughout and the whole place had a lovely atmosphere. The make over they have done was really modern and made it feel cosy. Not sure what else to say apart from that it was fantastic and we would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone else. If I could more than 5 out of 5 as a rating we would! Thanks for choosing us whilst holidaying in the area and thanks so much for your kind feedback, it was a pleasure to have you eat with us. A&A
