Reviews on International food in Batu Ferringhi, Penang, Malaysia. The beaches are a huge draw, but there’s so much more to do in this Malaysian hotspot. Frolic with the delicate residents of a butterfly farm, then explore the fragrant landscape of tropical spice garden and fruit farms. The massive collection of dolls, games and models at the Toy Museum brings joy to kids and kids at heart. Save some energy for the Night Market, a lively scene of stalls where good-natured bargaining skills come in handy.

We are now open everyday. On the 2nd and 4th Saturday of every month we have live music and we're open till 11:30 p.m. Public Transit Very close to rapid Transit bus stands 101, 102, 103 & 104 For groups larger than 5 people please call to make a reservat
Go for the burger, enjoy a bucket of beer and stay for the music (twice a month). We heard Acidic Bunch (a local band) and they were excellent. The bar itself is small, but is mainly open air, so despite the live music, you didnât feel overwhelmed by the sound. You wonât be able to carry on a conversation but you wonât need ear plugs either. This is mainly a local expat crowd, but they readily accepted the tourists in their midst. (Be open, be friendly, strike up conversations and people will talk to you.)Thank you. Glad you enjoyed yourself and the.music. Hope to get to meet you too

Highly recommended. This restaurant is in the Beach side building of the Holiday Inn at Batu Ferrigghi. The service and food are excellent. The serving area is expansive, next to the pool and outdoor bar area, close to sunbathing areas on the lawn, and just off the beach. This place is excellent in it's own right apart from it's co-location with the Holiday Inn. Check it out. You won't be disappointed.

Prices at La Veranda Coffee House are definitively upmarket, even more, when compared to the competing restaurants on Jalan Batu Ferringhi; not to mention the inexpensive Hawkers Centers. But every day between 6.30 pm and 9.30 pm Happy Hour reigns in La Veranda; this means that food prices on the menu are reduced by 30 %, bringing the bill more in line with the competition. La Veranda offers a cosy environment with a view on the famous Bayview Beach Resort garden. The menu is versatile, with Asian and Western dishes. La Veranda is convenient when you stay in the Bayview Beach Resort, but it is also a venue for outside guests, for instance with the weekly Sunday buffet brunch. This time I had chosen for dinner the fried salmon. The dish was well prepared and the Tiger beer was cold. Service was polite and dedicated. Sometimes, La Veranda educates apprentices. Some patience is required here, but we all had to learn our trade some time! La Veranda is also the venue for the daily buffet breakfast of the Bayview Beach Resort and provides for the room service and the food orders from the guests in the hotel garden. But the kitchen is up to the job and tasty food will be served. To be recommended.

Even basic pizzas are quite terrible and so were the tacos. It seemed like everything was processed. Pizza base was not a real base, some kind of bread.

we have complimentary breakfast included into our hotel stay. The selection of breakfast is good, from local to western food. i enjoyed my breakfast especially the omelette. Everything is good except the noodle soup, too sweet to my liking. The coffee is great as well. I think if there is fresh juice would be great.

Experience an unforgettable dining experience at Uncle Zack By The Beach.Have a break on top of a wooden deck right by the beach, offering a spectacular view of the sunset while you indulge in tasty tapas, snacks, hearty meals and sinfully delicious desse
This restaurant is located inside the Park Royal hotel where we were staying. We had dinner here twice and also had the set menu on the beach. All meals were fantastic. Service was exceptional. Some of the nicest Italian food ever. We tried almost all of the food on the menu. Could fault any of it. Pasta dishes were cooked to perfection and The best dessert was the molten choc lava cake. Very well priced.

I went here to have breakfast. Maybe I'm not into western food so I find that the food here is just average. I wasn't full after my breakfast because the portion was small. There are aircon and non-aircon section. It's quite over-priced and overhyped. Nice deco and ambience.

We ate like kings here for the Seafood night and International night at this restaurant. Huge selections that left us impressed with the quality of food and great service. There was something for everyone. The dessert station was glorious. We leave feeling guilty for being so gluttonous but grateful for eating such amazing food. Many thanks, The Cherry Family

Group of nine walk in off the street. Easily accommodated for us. Food was very nice and served in a timely manner. The owner later got out his guitar and we all joined in for some very poor karaoke. A great night was had by all and very well priced.
