Delicious Dutch food! Pancakes, sandwiches, soups, salads, omelettes, tea, coffee, beer and wine as well as traditional Dutch home-cooked meals and treats!
A lovely little place with a really wide range of options to design your own pancakes! What a great idea. The perfect solution to a hangover or a weekend brunch date with friends, and at a very reasonable price as well. Will definitely be coming back!

A lovely country pub/restaurant with large gardens on the outskirts of South Newington village. Midway between Banbury and Chipping Norton. Well placed for country walks and visiting the Medieval Church. Serves local ales and home-cooked meals.
A Friday night and there was no atmosphere! We had starters but they varied considerably in size. Don't bother with the king prawns, quite tasteless and where was the homemade bread?! The mains were tasty but again portion size was small. The sticky toffee pudding was clearly not homemade and lacked sauce. Overall a very expensive meal.

We are shortly moving up to Banbury to live and were recommended to this lovely pub and restaurant. It certainly wasn't any ordinary pub. Very comfy and cozy with the nicest ladies loos I have ever come across in a pub. The service and food were great too. Ideal location and great ambiance. This will be our local so looking forward to more visits.

The Unicorn is a stunning 17th century country inn oozing with character that has an incredibly diverse offering. Not only does the Unicorn have a charming bar area and snug both complete with open fire places, it also has a FARM TO FORK STYLE restaurant,
Well positioned pub in Deddington, facing the market square. Good welcome, as warm afternoon wanted to sit in the back garden. A lot of litter, empty cigarette packets lying on the ground, ladders leaned against a wall. Shame really as could have so much cleaner. Pub roast was ok at £12.95 but good that local food.2 rooms at front of pub looked cosy for winter and quite popular although couldn't tell if local or visitors to the area like us.

The George Inn is located in the picturesque village of Barford St. Michael on the edge of the Cotswolds. This charming 17th century thatched pub has nine individually decorated en-suite bedrooms, all with flat screen TV's and tea/coffee making facilities
A large group of us stayed here for the first time and we all were pleasantly surprised with the quality, service and staff, so impressed we ate in every night to our delight, the meals were so good we didn't want to venture anywhere else. The rooms were superb and very comfortable and nothing was too much trouble, we felt welcome and treated exceptionally well by all staff particularly Margaretta who even helped us get an early start to an event on her day off.The was only a small niggle and that was in July we fancied eating outside but smoking was allowed and encouraged on the exterior dining tables, and not in a designated smoking area.A great find and we'll be back.
