Nightly live Jazz, food by Chef Dan Esses, and a full bar with a complete wine list, extensive whiskey selection, and craft cocktails.
Went with several colleagues to this spot on Frenchman St. which is known for its music. While the menu was a bit limited with no daily specials, everyone appeared to enjoy everything ordered. Itâs small plates and larger shared plates. There was great entertainment and a nice atmosphere. It lived up to its high rating and the service was great! Itâs also Ext to the Spotted Cat Music Club! Couscous with duck bites was to die for!

Trendy converted warehouse restaurant with a hipster vibe. For a moment, I thought I wasnât cool enough to eat there but I think I got away with it. The menu was eclectic, with strong Mexican, Creole and Caribbean influences. Everything fresh and pretty healthy â there were numerous vegetarian, vegan and gluten free (the reason we were there, well done) options.Service was amiable but fairly clueless. It was so comically bad that it started to become part of the evening's enjoyment. Being asked if we would like to see the desert menu when we were halfway through our main courses was a particular highlight.

Came here after looking for food ideas online. I love a club sandwich and usually benchmark a place on how good/bad theirs is. I have to say the ones here are very good - enough that we came back again for a 2nd!The girl serving in the bar area (I can't remember her name) was really friendly and gave us loads of local info about places to visit which really enhanced our stay. There is a happy hour which starts around 5pm with $5 drinks and food. Will definitely come again when next in the area.So good to hear that you enjoyed our Club Sandwich and our service to boot. If you are ever in the downtown area...try our club sandwich or any of sandwiches, salads and soups at Between the Bread 625 St Charles Ave...they are equally as good---only open weekdays at this location. Again, many thanks for your kind word.
