Their food is outstanding with a real attention to the nuances of seasoning. Great somewhat unique flavor profiles, even in the standard dishes. They also pay careful attention to the temperature of items on the buffet bar so you experience the dishes as intended. We sampled a number of items from the daily lunch buffet and everything was great. The selection leaned toward meat dishes rather than vegetarian but there was enough for each of us. This is really one of the best Indian restaurants we've been to anywhere.

This relatively new Indian restaurant in Perry Hall has a fantastic buffet lunch daily. It is so reasonably priced that we have dined there several times a week. We have made friends with some frequent diners as it is there favorite lunch spot..

I found my new favorite Indian restaurant! The building looks almost like a house, tucked between a diner and a motel, and it would be easy to pass byâ¦BUT DONâT! There are a couple of parking places in front, but more behind the building. You will walk into a warm, well decorated, welcoming, cozy space with comfortable seating and a couple of small chandeliers that add to the character without being too fancy. Since many Indian restaurants have great food, let me share what put this above my (now second) favorite Indian restaurant. Before we went, I checked out the menu online and was immediately impressed. The menu is really well laid out, with clear descriptions of the dishes (I didnât have to look things up to figure out what is in them), with notations for gluten free, spicy, and vegan. They even have a kidâs menu! The prices were good and they also offer take-out, delivery, and a lunch buffet.Upon entering the restaurant, we loved the cozy, comfortable space, especially on such a cold night. When we ordered, the waiter (owner) asked how spicy we wanted our food, and it came out as ordered (which was mild by Indian standards...LOL). We wanted to try something other than the usual Pakoras or Hummus, so we asked for an appetizer recommendation. He pointed out the Avocado Banana Chat which I had never heard of. It was so good, almost like a dessert. (We recommended it to another couple who sat near usâ¦and they agreed!) We also ordered Butter Chicken Curry and Baingan Bharta (an eggplant dish) and Garlic Naan. The dishes were sufficient for sharing, which we always do, eating âfamily styleâ. Everything was delicious. We were planning our next trip to the restaurant even before we paid the check. We will be heading back next week to continue eating our way through the menu!!
