Your hospitality is great the food is real. I suggest you have labels for the curries and side plates are served when people share food. I suggest music from south India would be nice I don't enjoy nz TV when dining out. I will be back thanks prices are also real. WELL DONE

Called in on the off chance for dinner, we were welcomed by the staff to Very pleasant ambiance in this restaurant. The staff were most helpful in sorting out some of the menu dishes before we ordered. The dishes we ordered were presented extremely well and were very much up to expectation of what we wished to eat.The prices gave a good value for money particularly with the quality of food served. It is a licensed restaurant but BYO?Will certainly make a return visit

Asian fusion restaurant in the Whangarei Town Basin
We booked for lunch (Friday) for five. One of our group was on a limited lunch break, and one was gluten intolerant, we found the express lunch menu was brilliant. The food was bursting with flavour, quick to arrive, excellent service to the table (we were looked after well). The wine list was in another realm again, most impressive.

We found the service and food as wonderful as when we last called early this calendar year. We enjoyed the shared entree platter followed by the Punjabi Thalli, a tried and true order consistently satisfying.

Authentic Indian Food with Specialized Wine Menu focusing on local Northland wines.
Really enjoyed my meal here. The spices were really nicely balanced so you had a variety of flavours in every mouthful. Great heat level too and they were more than accommodating for my companion who does not do chilli well. Both meals were stand out takeaway meals. Will return.

Indian Style cuisine
Our main curries were pretty good. They lacked any depth of flavour but were still pleasant. Love that rice is included with all of the curries, which you often don't get. The only thing that let it down for us was the onion bhajis. They're basically deep fried battered onion rings that were tasteless and oily. Definitely avoid those!Nan bread was delicious, perfectly cooked too. Hi nightmanager1, Thank you for you'r review.and sorry we provide onion bhaji on the menu not onion rings, they are two different things to have, and hope you had enjoyed your time here. Hope to see you again soon.Thank you.
