The girlfriend and I came in with a bottle of wine, ordered butter chicken, land korma, rice, roti and samosa. The staff were super friendly and the food was cooked fresh and delicious. Affordable night, only $25 for each and we had lots of food.

The food coming out of the kitchen all looked so good and we couldnât decide what to order so we just asked to have whatever it was the table next to us was having. Great decision as they had ordered really well. Every dish was full of flavour and well prepared, unfortunately because of how we ordered I am not sure what those dishes were. The Elephant Corridor has a fantastic and reasonably priced wine list, you canât go past any of the Lakebreeze wines for quality. Service was friendly and efficient

We enjoyed dinner after watching a movie at the adjacent theatre. We arrived about 20 minutes prior to our booked time but our table was available and we were immediately seated. Menus and water appeared instantly. Service throughout the meal was prompt and efficient. The 2 mains we chose were beef masala and Goan curry fish. Both were very tasty. Prices were very reasonable. The short list of wines were affordable and acceptable quality.

If you only go to one Indian restaurant come here. Handi is truly amazing. We had the Royal Banquet and what a feast it was. It covered so much. Goat, fish, chicken plus soo much more. The starters were dream like - tender,tasty. Mains provided a lovely array of tastes and textures. Dessert melted in our mouths.The only thing better than the food was the staff. Attentive & not intrusive. Very helpful. We shall return - often.Thank you very much, Gerry.K.It was a pleasure serving you.We take a lot of pride in our food and service and we are glad you noticed. The thali lunch special here is really lovely. Both the vegetarian and non vegetarian are good and at only $15.95 they are good value to. The only thing I would say is that service is sometimes interesting- they might start clearing the table but only do half. The food is definitely worth it though.

We had dinner at Ustav Indian Restaurant to celebrate my son's 17th birthday. We did not reserve a table but were pleasantly surprised to see the restaurant was almost full. The staff were excellent with attention to detail and were warm and friendly. The food although not cheap was of good quality. The portion sizes can be improved especially a typical $20 lamb dish is hardly enough for 2 people. Besides that it was a pleasant dining experience for all of us.
