The place is great location wise. Its on the main road but away from the city. I was told that its a new property, just two months old. The architecture and the ambiance is very warm, with lots of greenary all around. Me and my wife had a vegeterian dinner served by a quite friendly waiter (failed to get the name) . Food and mocktails suggested by him, were good. Surprisingly, I got a discount on the bill at the end of a pleasent meal.Dear Guest,Greetings from Holy City, Rameswaram !!!Thank you for your very encouraging review. It is our pleasure to know that you loved our services and food, we ensure value for money and are committed to deliver memorable experience to all our guests. Team at Hyatt Place Rameswaram, joins me in thanking you for your appreciation. We look forward to welcoming you again !!! Deepak Sharma

Visited this place around 6.30PM, nothing much were available except for Tea and some Bhajjis and Onion Pakoda. This place is very close to the House of Kalam. Since i did not have a full meal unable to comment on the quality of the food. The items i had was just OK.

We ordered prawn biryani, chicken biryani, mutton biryani and fried fish(rate is size wise). Believe me it is so tasty, delicious, yummy. You will be more delighted when you will see the price. four of us shared the above meal and it was only around 700/-. I would highly recommend it. Specially we had very bad experience in Amma mess (see my review) in Madurai. After that it was a heavenly experience. Please visit once and let me know how you feel. One more thinh in rameswaram people are very much conversant with hindi and english. So we liked Rameswaram

The Name calls for cuisines of Maratha, Gujrati, Punjabi and Rajasthani , but items served are only Roti and some vegetable curry. Very poor in taste.Further they convince us that Lord Rama advise not to eat onions .I just asked for green chillies and piece of onion and piece of lemon which they did not give.Further not even a good pickle to replace the sabji.Curd served sour tasting with extra cost. Not worth at all

This place is the best to eat simple veg South Indian food.Maintained clean and very friendly staff.Idli vada, pongal, ghee roast, plain dosa, onion uttappam, chapati veg curry are the items we tried on menu and were excellent!! These are served with chutney and sambar. They offer Simple home cooked meal so much better than any other food joints/ restaurants in Rameshwaram! It is about 5 minutes walk from the main Rameshwaram temple.Take the road opposite to temple west gate, and then first right. We had breakfast and dinner here. Bill was about 280 for 7 people each time.

This restaurant is about five minutes walk from agni theertham. The restaurant is spacious and clean. It serves only vegetarian food. We went there for breakfast. It serves only buffet breakfast. The varieties are less : dosa, upma, idly, rasam vada ,tea & coffee. The taste of all the varieties is just average . The cost for two buffet breakfast is Rs 315 including taxes. The varieties and taste of the breakfast does not suit the rates. Rates are exorbitant for breakfast. But rameshwaram have limited options for food so this restaurant can be tried.

The restaurant is some 3 odd Kms from the Rameshwaram temple & around 100-200m from rameshwaram bus stand.. It is inside the Daiwik hotel. The resataurant is on the ground floor and is very well lit and its decor is very classy. All food items ordered were very good. They serve only veg food. The food was delicious and totally worth of money. Excellent Hospitality, Good Food, Cozy Ambiance, Courteous staff! I will Suggest that Ahaan Restaurant should become No 1 Restaurant of RameshwaramDear Mr Sandeep, Thank you for dining at Ahaan Restaurant (at Daiwik Hotels) and taking out time to write such an elaborate feedback. We have opened our new restaurant in the Hotel Rameswaram Grand and the restaurant name is The Curry. We need all of your feedback to improve our services
We stayed in Rameswaram Grand and had dinner in The Curry restaurant both nights during our stay. Liked their North Indian food, Aloo paratha was delicious. Also, their dinner buffet was neat with reasonable price. Ambience and hospitality of the restaurant was really good. Mr Jothi was kind and helpful all the time. It's a nice and convenient place to have dinner before taking the train next door.
