I have been to this restaurant many times and the food has always been excellent. The chicken tikka masala, chicken malia kebab, chicken lollipop, chicken biryani, and garlic naan were too good. Very good people serving you and great service. Will highly recommend this place. It is a must visit.

Indian restaurant just a block from Front Street in Philipsburg, Saint Martin
I used to live in the Cole Bay area, and would hang out in Phillipsburg all the time...when craving Indian food, I'd come here with friends. The food here is delicious, rustic, and super authentic. I appreciate smaller restaurants because they always boast the best flavors.Things to try: Naan, curries/vindaloos, and samosas!
Where to eat American food in Philipsburg: The Best Restaurants and Bars
What a little gem amongst the touristy Backstreet area!!! Simple ambiance...menu is on a white board, changing daily for maximum freshness. The friendly husband and wife team make the restaurant feel more like their home dining room, with its easily accessible kitchen where you are welcomed to talk to Ram as he creates all of that curried goodness, than a place where you are expected to eat and run. Each dish is prepared thoughtfully and lovingly, with Ram coming out to make sure that everything is ok with his sweet face and warm smile. The food is perfectly spiced and made fresh while you wait. The cilantro chutney that accompanies most dishes is bright and crisp (we asked for more so that we could sprinkle it on EVERYTHING). We started with the samosas and potato balls, followed by chana masala, paneer with curried peppers and onions, buttered chicken and fish curry. Cannot say a bad word about any of it...so when in Philipsburg, avoid the traps and head to India for awhile...you'll be happy that you did.

Service was beyond slow and no one checked on us during the meal. I found the food to be inexpensive and OK, while the bride found it to be poor quality. I would not recommend this place to anyone, unless your expectations are inexpensive but ok curry served by people who do not really want customers.
