This is the 2nd time I have been here and it was as good as the first. Visiting on a Saturday afternoon, arriving before 4pm gives you a great selection of food for a very reasonable £9.95.Apart from a great selection of starters and a huge selection of curries for mains, the service by the 3 young ladies working was superb. All very pleasant and quick to clear the tables after each plateful. A great touch was we were able to order whatever naan bread we wanted . We both ordered a karma naan each and they were delivered to the table freshly made as well as a plate of 3 poppadoms. Had to have a go on the ice cream machine after the hot food as well. This is a welcome addition to the food offering in the town. Only the fussiest eaters would be unable to find something they don't like. Will be back again for sure.

The Tamarind remains our 'go to' take away as the quality of food has remained consistently high over the years we've been coming here. The lamb dhansak is excellent and our sons enjoy the Maharaja Bhuna which we think is unique to this restaurant. Delivery times are predicted accurately for take aways which on a busy Friday night can be over an hour so get your order in now!

A welcome change with a great choice from the Extensive menu. Different choices to the other Indians and Bangas we visit. Tasty hot food. Service a bit slow with lots of friendly waiters chatting to regulars. Great tasting Kingfisher on draft and a reasonable bill too. Will be back.

Curry on the Curve offers Healthy Indian food to eat in or takeaway. Our food is all cooked inhouse using fresh local produce as much as possible, and comes with a promise of NO added artificial flavours, colours, additives or preservatives. 24 Hr Carpark
Four of us went out for a family meal and had never been there before. The staff were excellent, very attentive without being overbearing and very knowledgeable about the food and ingredients. They have great knowledge of which herbs and ingredients are good for diabetes. The food is all freshly cooked and uses fresh spices and the food was the best I've eaten in a long while. I had the house special "Railway Lamb Curry" and it was fab - lovely soft lamb in a really flavoursome gravy/curry.The meal came to roughly £70 for 4 incl. starters, drinks and lots of side dishes.

When a take-away makes you regret not cooking - itâs probably bad. As itâs local and usually good, I order from here about once a month. But itâs become so hit and miss recently, I might have to find an alternative. On a good day the Jalfrezi is great, but there are times youâll get more flavour in a jar of Pataks. Tonight was a bad one; runny and the colour of baked beans with some suspicious strings in the mint sauce. I always order mint sauce, and itâs always good but tonights is full of fine âhairsâ - I assume itâs plastic trimmings left over from the manufacture of the take-away pot but after pulling three of them from my mouth, Iâm done with that either way. Usually food is delivered by a friendly older man who knows exactly where I live (itâs a bit off the main road). Tonights driver was a teenager, who didnât like my directions over the phone, had a good sigh, presumably got his knickers twisted and gave me an âalright mateâ. His passenger delivered the food to the door.

Lovely food but the service was a let down. Staff very involved with regular customers they knew well (looking at family holiday photos) rather than us as first time visitors. We had to call them and ask several times to be served and for more drinks. Also the specials were quite expensive. Disappointed. Weâre sorry to hear that. Our apologies for overlooking your table. We will take on board what you have said and we look forward to improving our service. Thank you for point our on what we need to improve on and hope that the next time you call in for food we will been to your expectation.

Fine dining restaurant with al a carte menu. Takeaway available as collection only
From the moment I walked through the door, a special dining experience started. Z greeted us and sat us. It was my son's birthday and extras had been put on the table for us. Z went through the menu and gave loads of tips and suggestions. He was friendly and attentive. The food was AMAZING. Each dish is cooked specifically to the guests taste, a simple Tikka Masala can be made mild, medium or hot and this applies to the whole menu. Definitely get the chutney tray, it is the most varied chutney tray I have ever had. Great food, great atmosphere and great service. Cant fault it at all.

Situated in the heart of the historic town of Caerleon, alongside the site of the Roman baths. Be it a romantic meal, a family celebration, or a business meeting, The Red Fort offers a warm welcome to all who visit. Bringing together traditional Indian cu
Anniversary dinner for us was a delightful surprise. We had if course read the reviews but nonetheless we were surprised and delighted by the quality and service we experienced. This chef has real talent and our only complaint was there was too much food. Unfortunately the prawn starters were irresistible, and despite a leisurely gap between courses hardly had room for the mains. Chicken Agra and other delicious main with onion rice which was absolutely deliciousToo much again and left with doggy bag and goofy bag - all wonderful.Really very good, highly recommended
