Service was spot on and atmosphere was great.Food was prompt and very tasty! Only thing was we asked for a dish to be medium spice and it had no hit to it at all - it was still tasty just no chilli hit.The mixed platter for entree was fantastic and probably the best samosa Iâve ever had!Iâd definitely eat here again. Great service, good food, nice atmosphere and very good value for money!Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback about your recent visit with us, its really appreciated from The Indian Cafe family.

We are visiting a friend in Nelson and ordered takeaways to be delivered this evening. Delicious!!! The food arrived piping hot and well packaged with a friendly delivery guy. We are visiting from Auckland and I wish this was our local! So good. Would definitely recommend and visit the restaurant next time weâre down. :-)

We visited here last night with a family group including 2 young children. They were very attentive and Broughton the childrenâs meals promptly which we all appreciated. We ordered 2mixed platters for 2 which we shared between 6 adults and bits was ample as a starter. Then we had 4 curries with 2 garlic naans for our main and these were all delicious and quite different flavours. The staff were friendly and efficient and kind tomthe children and their needs. We took our own wine so the end cost was very reasonable for such a tasty and delicious meal. Weâd thoroughly recommend this restaurant.

We visited this restaurant while on holiday. It had a relaxed atmosphere, clean and well presented. The menu was extensive. The food was fantastic, really well flavoured, great portions and very reasonably priced. We each had a different dish, a curry and two rice dishes and they were all really well presented and amazing flavours. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Wait time was hardly any time at all. Would highly recommend.
