It is located in the Aravalli hills, on the banks of the Banas River in Rajsamand District, 48 kilometres north-east of Udaipur. This town is famous for its temple of Krishna which houses the deity of Shrinathji, a 14th-century, 7-year-old "infant" incarnation of Krishna. The deity was originally worshiped at JATIPURA Mathura and was shifted in the 1672 from Govardhan hill, near Mathura along holy river Yamuna after being retained at Agra for almost six months. Literally, Nathdwara means ‘Gateway to Shrinathji (God)’. Nathdwara is a significant Vaishnavite shrine pertaining to the Pushti Marg or the Vallabh Sampradaya or the Shuddha Advaita founded by Vallabha Acharya, revered mainly by people of Gujarat and Rajasthan, among others. Vitthal Nathji, son of Vallabhacharya institutionalised the worship of Shrinathji at Nathdwara. Nathdwara town itself is popularly referred to as ‘Shrinathji’, after the presiding deity.

Hello Friends, I visited the restaurant today with my friends. They serve unlimited Gujarati Thali consisting of various items like sabji, rice, roti, dal, salad, papad, buttermilk and last but no the least two sweets. The food was very delicious. The staff was cooperative as well which adds an sparkle to the taste of food and helping you enjoy your food. In my views, A must place to visit. Only cons of the restaurant is the price is too high, so may b middle class person may think over rate. But I am sure in competition, desire to taste the food wins over rate.

Sweet food for 180/- no raita all sweet food dal sweet aloo sub ji who eats patta gobhi in thali these days very bad experience Itâs only sweet Gujrati thali and very sweet The shrikhand is triple sweet in the end Except Chacha nothing is good Very highly overated place better eat steeetfood as this thali is zero value for money

This place is the reason I love TripAdvisor. I found it via TA and it was simply great. Amazing "Thalis", even my 3 year old loved "Aloos" and "daal" they served specially made for him. Place is simple but staff is amazing. You don't have to worry about finding it, since it is not too far off from the temple.Please note that options revolve around set meals they serve, and strictly vegetarian options only.Simplicity and food are a great combination. Jai Shree Krsna!
