Bit strange that the restaurant was virtually deserted, only 3 other customers in.The place was welcoming and the staff were very friendly and efficient. The food was top notch, very tasty, good portions and excellent value for money.Would have thought more people would use this place, and i would recommend it to all.

At Gurkha Spice we promise to offer you the most exotic dishes served with the highest standard possible. For the past 15 years we have been working in the best restaurants not only in London but across the UK. Gathering all of our past experiences togeth
The service was an average level and the staff didn't seem that interested in their customers. I would not return to this restaurant again. The food was very average and wasn't great. The toilets were at a low standard and I did not enjoy my experience there.Dear valued customer,We’re very sorry to hear that you didn’t enjoy with our service n food. I would like to assure you that we’re even more committed to improve our service day by day. We are taking seriously to your valuable points and working on that. We look forward to see you again!!! Thank you!!!

Tandoori nights is my local Indian restaurant/takeaway. I have had many takeaways from here and my wife has been to the restaurant on several occasions. Food is great and staff are excellent. Between ourselves, and friends and family while visiting, we have tried a good percentage of the menu and nothing has disappointed. If you are local to Manea then definitely give Tandoori Nights a try.

Visited the Spice Bank first and although a lovely sylish place things weren't right from the start. The set price, two course meal mysteriously went up in price from the advertised price on the web, even worse a bottle of wine £16.50. Then it seemed difficult to choose exactly what we wanted and more like this is what we give you. We got up to leave, on the way out the price dropped but it was too late and we left. We than went to our second choice the Diana, after checking on the food standards site the Diana was a 4 (3 at the Spice Bank). The set meal, choose what you want from the main menu with few exceptions + a side dish and £1.50 per person cheaper with the added bonus of the bottle of Merlot £10.50, £6 a bottle cheaper. Of course its all down to the food quality then but we weren't dissappointed, the food being excelleng. On top of this rhe plstes and food were hot and not just tepid as in most restaurants we have visited. Not swimming in oil and lots of choice. The venue at the Diana might not be quite as trendy but it is a honest place with upfront pricing, reasonably priced wine and excellent food. What more do you want. There are several curry houses in March and although we have not tried them all you won,t be dissappointed at the food quality at the Diana. Needless to say we will return.
Our first order from this place..and it didn't disappoint. The food was plentiful. It looked and tasted delicious...and what was left was eaten today..tasted just as great second time round. Best takeaway I have had for a long time
