ordered the mix grill for starters - the lamb kebab was particularly tasty (prawns a bit f a let down), butter chicken, lamb madras and chicken bhuna -all nice

We were not planning to eat at an Indian restaurant at Cologne but our nephew who had just finished his MS at Achen and had come to Cologne to meet us indicated a preference for Indian, we visited Kamasutra.Started by, guess what, a Bihari from Ara - a rarity. Most Indian restaurants abroad are started by North Indians. The owner-chef has an interesting history. Schooling in Bihar, engineering in USSR, married to a Russian girl (currently an active partner at Kamasutra), worked first in USSR, then with Shell @ Cologne before stating this venture.Coming to food, it was good, honest Indian food! Excellent ambience! Generous quantities! In short, a lovely meal. My brother in law who lives in cologne took us to this Indian restaurant and wow it was certainly way way above than what we expected. The food was authentic, service fabulous and atmosphere warm!I recommend anyone who is in cologne or nearby areas to come and try the food here. We ordered The samosas,butter chicken etc etc all of which were yummmmThank u ginti for making our meal a memorable one

Itâs great that I can relish my favorite Indian cousins whenever I am in Cologne ... I ordered yet again âChicken Tikkaâ, âAchari Subjâ Being from India and knowing the true Indian taste, I can surely recommend this chain of Restaurant And If you are one of the foodie people who is not just love to eat but crave for good food then just give it a try.
