We visited during lunch time and ordered for the Mittag Menu. We ordered Butter Chicken and Mutton with coconut curry. We ordered Navrathan Korma outside the Mittag Menu. The chicken and the mutton were bland and preparation was more tending towards catering to the German taste. We asked for Navrathan Korma to be made in an Indian way and the taste was really good. The Mittag menu pricing was attractive whereas the Korma, must say was expensive. The place was quite full also the afternoon. If you want to eat Indian, the Indian way then you have to tell while ordering that it needs to be prepared that way.

We ate there with a a party of 4. Later that night myself and one other person out of our party got gastroenteritis and were sick with severe cramps, nausea and diarrhea. That meal was the only thing we both ate together all day, there was no other possible culprit. The illness lasted for days and forced me to postpone a planned vacation. I won't touch Indian food for the next 30 years, just the thought of it makes me sick now. Either the food at Sitara bad or the kitchen hygiene. Absolutely horrid. And we paid 25 Euros a plate for days of misery.

Had dinner there with a few friends, the service was excellent. The place was very cute with indoor and outdoor seating. The food was nice, I would have preferred if it was spicier. The daal and the paneer dishes were nice. The lamb saag was just ok.

The food is amazing, all of it. The service is great, taking care of every single detail, full quality, adorable. Quiet, perfectly clean, absolutely traditional. I will recommend it to everybody I know, hope youâll love it too as we did!
