Wonderful experience, delicious food, and outstanding service by Sage! He was extremely friendly, informative, and funny and added to an exceptional evening. Our group had the samosas and duck tacos for appetizer. Those tacos were exceptionally good! For dinner, we had butter chicken, lamb roganjosh, nalli, and the fig and paneer dumplings in the cashew korma sauce. Omg the fig and paneer funneling were crazy good! So different and interesting. The sauce had a great little kick but not overwhelmingly spicy. As for the roganjosh, the lamb was so tender and the sauce was extremely flavorful! We can't wait to go back!

This restaurant opened three weeks ago and since we like Indian food, we were looking forward to trying it. We enjoyed a delicious dinner starting with appetizer of Chana Papdi Chat (spiced chickpea salad), Puri (light, puffy bread), Tandoori mixed grill (cubes of meat with vegetables) ,& Baingan Bhurta ( eggplant roasted and spiced). Every dish was prepared and spiced perfectly! The wait staff was very attentive and the atmosphere was comfortable, attractive, and included Indian music playing in background .They also serve an All U Can Eat buffet 6 days a week (closed Mondays). This restaurant is a great addition to the area and we are looking forward to dining there again soon.
Where to eat Mediterranean food in Englishtown: The Best Restaurants and Bars
My wife and I recently rented an apartment in Monroe and have been trying local restaurants. Chozhas is excellent. I am a little worried that we were the only diners at 530 on a Wednesday, but the food and service were superb. Dishes are prepared to your spice request, good portions and the naan was to die for! BYOB - i recommend a nice Riesling or other German wine to offset the heat.heat.
