Welcome to the Nupur Indian Restaurant the home of fine Indian cuisine in the heart of West Sussex located in Hurstpierpoint. Sister restaurants in Nizam-Haywards Heath, Nizam-East Grinstead & Masala-Tunbridge Wells.
We have lived in the village and been regular visitors to the Nupur. We have always found the staff to be friendly, provided good service and very happy to engage in conversation. The food is generally very good and we have never had a bad meal in the restaurant or as a take away. It suits our palate and it is easy to walk to.When visiting the Nupur we always feel like we are taking the pulse of the village as somehow it seems to reflect the wider community and the state of play in the world.

First time I have had a takeaway from here and thoroughly enjoyed it .Two curries, rice, nan and papadoms for £ 17 represents very good value. Breast of chicken was cooked well and curries very tasty. Food arrived within 30 minutes of telephone order,.Will definately have again.

Welcome to Manjuâs! A homage to the region of Gujarat, Manjuâs brings you a spice sensation in vegetarian north Indian food. Manju and her daughter in law, Chef Dipali, deliver a fresh taste of India supported by the highest quality local produce to bring
We came here for dinner before a show having only just learned about it online. Manjus is exclusively vegetarian (as is most authentic Indian cuisine), and whilst we are not vegetarian we thought we couldn't pass up a chance to come here after seeing the reviews. We chose 3 small plates and 2 small curries and all I can say is wow!!!These dishes are spectacular, and like no Indian food I've ever eaten here in the UK. Every dish has a plethora of flavours, a taste sensation - they are true culinary masterpieces! You can tell that so much love is spilled into them food. You can see it in the presentation, taste it in the flavour, and feel it in the atmosphere of the restaurant. All of the staff (family members) are extremely proud of what they do and it is so refreshing to see!We enjoyed absolutely everything we tried and walked away stuffed! Well done Manjus. We'll be back again for lunch!Dear NivanaMee,Thank you so much for the wonderful review!Manju's is our passion, we love our little restaurant to bits. It's fantastic our love and passion comes across to our guests- your comments makes the whole team try even harder so thank you! We'd love for you to join us for lunch, hope to see you soon.Thank you,RegardsManju's

âNaastaâis a word used for snacks. However, some countries define it as breakfast. At Naasta, we use the more generalised term to bring you a new style of food featuring traditional flavours from back home and adding our own contemporary twists, to make i
I placed an order, it took absolutely ages to come and this is why: the delivery driver couldnât work out how to check both handles of the front porch door. He only checked one side, deemed them both locked using his powers of deduction (but not actually trying the other door handle) He did in fairness try calling to ask me but unfortunately it went to voicemail. When I finally saw a missed call come through (Iâd moved to a part of the house with better reception) I called him back and then he said the door was locked, I asked him why he didnât try the adjacent door handle on the double door and he countered with why didnât I answer my phone. No apology. I said I was in a part of the house at that time with unfortunately no reception, and said that he should really have tried BOTH doors. He said heâd come back and deliver it. On arrival he opened the correct door (it was possible), thrust the bag in my hand without a word and left. I told him that Iâd complained to the restaurant that heâd been shirty on the phone and that the food was late. He swore as he left. When I called the restaurant again they said theyâd check what happened and call me back, they never did! I chased it up the next day and the manager apologised on the delivery drivers behalf but then countered that by saying that I had a responsibility to listen out for my delivery, thus rendering the apology worthless. I again argued the point saying the companyâs other delivery drivers have, in the past, had no problems working out how to open a porch door. He kept reiterating that it was up to me to have checked for the driver. I asked for a refund for what was a cold and late meal, but he said I should have called back at the time to complain!!! It was late and we were hungry and so we ate the cold meal, what else could we do. I had expected a call back from Naasta so that a dialogue could be had about rude behaviour and late food. Food was delicious but the utter contempt I received from both driver and manager was utterly shocking.Rude.

Took over 1.5hrs to deliver and the portions were TINY despite my specifically asking. The food was luke warm and not very tasty. What a waste of 50quid. Disappointed.

Visited in December for a group Christmas get together. Food was nice but the owner was so rude I will never return. He clearly was irritated by having to serve a large group who were chatting and when we werenât ready to order he didnât hide his annoyance on his face! Rude comments, facial expressions and practically being thrown out at 10pm because we were the last table there and they made no secret of the fact we were stopping them from going home will mean I never return to this restaurant.

Slightly dated Indian but has been going a long while and customers keep going back. You know you will get traditional service and straightforward dishes that will be exactly as they always have been - no surprises. Occasionally gets a bit rowdy on Saturday nights.

Not just for the locals this place is worth visiting even if you live a long way away-as we do. A good, mainly north Indian selection of dishes. Nice crispy papadoms. Smiling staff. It's always on our list when we are in the area.

Our customers say we are the best Indian Restaurant in Burgesshill. why not try for yourself, Our experience is our strength. Our chef have just recently won the Sussex Chef of the Year award 2018 RUNNER UP for Midsussex Zone. We are opposite Burgesshill
We thought we would try this takeaway out as the reviews looked good. However, this was not our experience. I ordered an, admittedly safe and traditionally boring lamb tikka masala. Nevertheless, this was awful! The lamb was actually mutton and incredibly tough and chewy in addition the sauce was incredibly bland, with absolutely no taste to it at all.My husband was more successful with his dish and felt it was adequate but not of a high standard. The order also arrived without a peshwari naan and when my husband called to make them aware the conversation was incredibly challenging!

The first open indian kitchen in burgess hill area,so you can see how we are cooking for you.having a party, you have the table ready, and let us take care of the rest. masala club indian cuisine is the art offreash ingreadients & the finest roasted spices,
There is always something about a busy Indian restaurant which feels customers with confidence. Food and service are always very good but if you are intending to visit, especially on a Friday or Saturday then booking is essential. Very easily done online or by phone.
