Indian food with buffet. We went for lunchtime, it was not bad for the check we paid. The environment is not so nice, a little bit old but, again, food is not bad.I would not suggest it for an elegant dinner, but for lunch is ok.

Saffron Indian Grill offers a taste of Indian street food as well as classic and modern takes on regional cuisine. For lunch enjoy an Indian Thali, round tray with small bowls filled with appetizer, entrees, salad, rice, bread and dessert or a lighter tak
Tewksbury/Andover/Lowell have a lot of high-tech workers (code for Asian/South Asian) so it should be no surprise that there are some pretty good Indian/Pakistani restaurants in the area.Add Saffron to the list.On the advice of my colleague, I went with the Thali (I tend to go heavy on lamb and naan, as anyone who has ever read more than a couple of my restaurant reviews would know), and it was much less filling than when I descend on a buffet. I asked for "Indian hot" and while it was hot, it could have been hotter without obscuring the nice flavors.Wish lamb had been one of the options for the Thali! Thanks for your kind words and feedback. The chef chooses the entree items for the lunch thali daily and includes lamb one or two days a week. We'll try to make it hotter next time.

Great find! Authentic, outstanding South Indian cuisine, very large portions, low prices and fast, friendly service. Very popular with the local Indian community and very crowded. I recommend the Mysore Royal Thali and the any varieties of dosai. Come hungry and leave stuffed.
I tried this at the recommendation of co-workers. They deliver to work and this was my first time trying Unnatis. I must stay I was not disappointed. As part of my lunch, I received rice, yogurt, chicken, lentils and veggie mix with naan. This was a very tasteful lunch and satisfied my Indian food craving! Good job Unnati's! I will be ordering from you again!

We serve traditional Indian cuisine in a festive atmosphere. With Madras grill dining, you will find enticing flavors, exotic ingredients and mouth watering selections. You will definitely not go hungry in Madras Grill and the prices will suit every pocke
I was quite pleasantly surprised with the good food but in a relatively simplistic decor. They are possibly not equipped to handle too many people at the same time. But am happy they gave us separate checks for multiple families. The South Indian food was great. Only the Sambhar that universally sucks in all Indian restaurants was a disappointment. But the other aspects of food was all good. Karaoke music ability was icing on the cake. All in all a great experience.
