For muslim tourists, finding halal food in Brest itself is quite difficult. The owner of this restaurant hails from pakistan, speaks excellent french and english and does a wonderful chicken tandoori set meal together with biryani in Brest. It is located near Rue de Porte which is located on the other side of town near the bridge and has parking spaces located behind the buildings itself. Price wise is a little high but it is acceptable since the ingredients and spices used to prepare the dishes are considered exotic in this part of the world.

Well, this is the first Indian restaurant we haven't liked in a long while. The food was bland (we had asked for spicy and hot). Portions were expensive (circa £8 for a small side dish) and the food was almost pureed. We felt like they made up the prices as we wanted vegetarian and they were more interested in charging than in supplying a good meal. The decor was quite pleasant but we wouldn't go back.

Food was excellent, service was excellent, what else to say, satisfied.. if you are looking to vary your experience in Brest and have other food than pancakes and again pancakes then you'll definitely like it here. We took butter-chicken and chicken vindaloo with rice, and would certainly go back.
