Firstly, I am a foodie and always like good food.I ordered chicken biryani an it was very dried, full of potatoes ? and tasteless.My companion ordered lamb Biriani and it was the same.The atmosphere was dead and the service inadequate.Very disappointing.

This review highlights poor service. We fully understand mistakes, that they do happen, and that but they can be rectified...We rang for an order and discussed a dairy free option with the staff member. They suggested a suitable dish which we ordered, Madras.Our delivery arrived and was 1 meal we ordered and 2 we didnât. Image attached of the 2 meals that we did not order and were not the dairy free Madras Masala staff suggested. We rang back to request the order be corrected. The lying about what had occurred and then backtracking from the staff was the worst Iâve ever experienced from any business in my life. The âmanagerâ, who we had to ring back after they didnât call us back, then accused us of lying, saying they read the order back twice and we agreed to it, this did not happen. Why would someone who is unable to eat dairy order 2 separate dairy containing dishes?After 3 phone calls they suggested we pay again for another meal, after being charged for two we didnât want. And then suggested we pay for the driver to deliver.After threats of calling the Garda we eventually, 30 or so minutes later, got what apparently is the meal we ordered, but came in an unmarked container, image attached. We asked for the dish to be mild and it arrived hot. My partner was unable to eat the meal. We were not refunded the extra charge for the food we did not order. Which is essentially theft. On a side note, but less important than the initial issue, we asked for a Coke Zero and received Diet Coke. They are not the same thing. We were not informed that a substitute was to be made. I enjoy one, and not the other. But had the correct food arrived I would have let this pass as itâs a common mistake made by takeaways. How the staff dealt with the initial mistake after we took their suggestion for a dairy free meal was beyond ignorant. If you order i recommend that you check the order at the door before the driver goes. I personally will never order from Masala again.
