We phoned to make a reservation and the person who answered the phone clearly couldn't speak English and when we arrived they had no knowledge of our reservation. Despite this, they still accommodated us and the food was superb. Only real gripe I would have is that they don't sell alcohol of any description but they will let you bring your own. They don't tell you until you order though so then you have to go to the shop opposite to buy your alcohol while your food goes cold.This place is highly recommended but buy your booze before you arrive.

We ordered food a couple of times and were never disappointed. The curries were freshly made and customised to suit our needs, the bread was fresh and the biryani was delicious. Defoe worth a try!!!

We were back to the Sopna again for another lovely birthday meal this evening. Delicious food and great service as always. The chicken shaslik was a winner and the lime pickle and poppadoms were fabulous. The staff are very welcoming and there is a relaxed atmosphere. We would definitely recommend the Sopna.

I wish I had known about this place before. Fantastic lunch cooked and served by the students of the catering course who were friendly, polite and efficient. The only down side is that they are only open during term time! I will be going back here as soon as they open again in October.Diolch Eirwen! I had a take away from Spice of Llanberis this evening, it was absolutely delicious. Looked very clean in the resturant area and the staff were very friendly so bonus.

A group of 18 of us went hear for a curry night and it was amazing, the staff were extremely friendly and more importantly the food was Unreal. As a group we had a wide variety of all of their curry's and there wasn't a bad thing we could say. We will be having another curry night in the near future and i could not think of a better place to go.

Dined here on a very quiet Monday night (only two in there, and no music, so somewhat lacking in atmosphere). To be honest we weren't expecting much, but the food was good and okay priced (other option was cook up or take out in bunkhouse). Standard fayre and menu choices. One young lady front of house/serving, who was delightful. Yes I'd eat there again. If you want Indian food, Bethesda isn't exactly awash with choices, but this wasn't bad at all.
